WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT.
All that area in the Westland Land District, containing by admeasurement 3 roods, more or less, being Reserve 1558, Block X, Wataroa Survey District. Bounded towards the north and west by Section 108, 250 and 300 links respectively; towards the south by Purcell Road, 250 links; and towards the east by Wataroa Flat Road, 300 links; be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. VI/6 (46), deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured purple. For a site for a public school.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-third day of July, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen.

Lands temporarily reserved in the Auckland and Wellington Land Districts.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first section of the Land Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the lands in the Auckland and Wellington Land Districts described in the Schedule hereunder written, for the purposes in the said Schedule specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the lands so intended to be temporarily reserved.
SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing 4 acres 2 roods 36 perches, more or less, being Section 3A, Block VIII, Rotoma Survey District. Bounded towards the north by Section 2, Block VIII, Rotoma Survey District, 866·2 and 71·6 links; towards the south-east by Manawahe Road, 1574·8 links; and towards the north-west by Section 3, Block VIII aforesaid, 1043·9 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. XXII/653A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (Auckland Plan 17048, blue.) For a resting-place for travelling-stock.
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.
All that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 20 perches, more or less, being Section 23, Block XII, Kaitieke Survey District. Commencing at an angle of the Kaitieke Road north of road traverse-peg marked V, and bounded towards the south-east by Crown land on a line bearing 12° 39′, 301·8 links; towards the south-west by Kaitieke Road, 150 links; towards the north-west by Crown land on a line bearing 12° 39′, 203·4 links, and by Raurimu Stream: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. VI/1 (21), deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. For a site for a public pound.

And whereas by the sixty-ninth section of the Land for Settlements Act, 1908, it is further provided that the Governor may from time to time, as he thinks fit, set aside reserves for any specified public purpose out of land acquired under the last-mentioned Act, provided that no land so acquired shall be set aside for endowments:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the said Acts, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the lands described in the Schedule hereunder written, for the purposes in the said Schedule specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the lands so intended to be temporarily reserved.
SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing 3 acres, more or less, being Section 45, Block IV, Aroha Survey District. Bounded towards the west and the north by Section 11, Block IV Aroha Survey District, 489·2 and 579·7 links respectively; towards the north-east by Tauranga Road, 234·5 and 265·5 links; and towards the south by Section 20, Block IV aforesaid, 670·4 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. VI/6 (47), deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged purple. (Auckland Plan 18322, blue.) For a site for a public school.
MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT.
All that area in the Marlborough Land District, containing by admeasurement two roods, more or less, being Section 23, Township of Hillersden, Block VII, Mount Olympus Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west by Section 16, Block VII, Mount Olympus Survey District, 125 links; towards the north-east by Bell Street, 400 links; towards the south-east by Carter Street, 125 links; and towards the south-west by Section 6, Township of Hillersden, 400 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. VI/3 (76), deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. For a site for a post-office.

Notice of Intention to change the Purpose of Portion of a Reserve in Lewis and Travers Survey Districts, Nelson Land District.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
WHEREAS by the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, it is, amongst other things, enacted that the Governor may declare his intention to change, exchange, or alter the dedication of any public reserve now or hereafter vested in His Majesty or the Governor for any of the purposes named in Class II of the Second Schedule to the said Act, whether the same be granted or not; and in the case of any reserve made under the authority of section three hundred and twenty-one of the Land Act, 1908, if it shall, in the opinion of the Governor, be expedient to change the purpose for which such reserve was set apart to any other purpose, or if it shall, in the opinion of the Governor, be expedient to exchange any of the land comprised in such reserve for other land of equal value, to be dedicated to one or more of the purposes named in the said Class II, the Governor may, by notice gazetted, make such change, exchange, or dedication, as the case may be, and in such notice declare the manner and terms in which the same is intended to be so made:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, aforesaid, declare my intention to change the specific purpose of the portion of the reserve described in Part II of the Schedule hereto from that named in Part I of the said Schedule to that named in Part III of the said Schedule.
