Land temporarily reserved in the Auckland Land District as a Site for a Public School.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first section of the Land Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, for a site for a public school.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing 3 acres, more or less, being Section 24, Block IX, Mangaorongo Survey District. Bounded towards the north by west portion Section 17, Block IX, Mangaorongo Survey District, 436·5 links; towards the north-east and south-east by a public road, 429·1 and 193·4 links respectively; towards the south by Section 23, Block IX aforesaid, 602·1 links; and towards the west by Section 16 of Block IX aforesaid, 530·2 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 5545A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged purple. (Auckland Plan 18220, blue.)
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-sixth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen.

LIVERPOOL, Governor.
WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first section of the Land Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:

SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Southland Land District, containing by estimation 1 rood, more or less, being Section 1, Block XLVIII, Town of Wallacetown. Bounded towards the north-east by a reserve along the bank of the Makarewa River, towards the south by Kilbride Street, and towards the west by Largs Street; as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. I/589, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-sixth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen.

Bounded towards the north-west and north-east by Section 5, Block XIII, Waihou Survey District, 413·4 and 362·8 links respectively; towards the south-east by Tainui Street, 413·4 links; and towards the south-west by Sections 6, 5, and 4 of Block I, Patetonga Village, 362·8 links; be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. VI/6 (21), deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged purple. (Auckland Plan 18165, blue.)

WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first section of the Land Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:
And whereas by the sixty-ninth section of the Land for Settlements Act, 1908, it is further provided that the Governor may from time to time, as he thinks fit, set aside reserves for any specified public purpose out of land acquired under the last-mentioned Act, provided that no land so acquired shall be set aside for endowments:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the said Acts, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the lands described in the Schedule hereunder written, for the purposes in the said Schedule specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the lands so intended to be temporarily reserved.
SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing 1 rood, more or less, being Allotment 4 of Section 10, Block XIV, Puniu Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by Te Kawa Road, 119·3 links; towards the south-east and south-west by Section 10, Block XIV, Puniu Survey District, 209·56 and 119·3 links respectively; and towards the north-west by Allotment 3 of Section 10 aforesaid, 209·56 links; be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. VI/3 (44), deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (Auckland Plan 18163, blue.) For a site for a post-office.
Also all that area in the Auckland Land District, containing 2 roods, more or less, being Lot 1 of Section 2A, Block XIII, Whakatane Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west by Section 19, Block XIII, Whakatane Survey District, 501 links; towards the north-east by the Taneatua-Ruatoki Road, 100 links; towards the south-east and south-west by Section 2A of Block XIII aforesaid, 501 and 100 links respectively; be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. VI/6 (48), deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged purple. (Auckland Plan 17957, blue.) For a site for a public school.
