THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land
District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners
of Puhekua 2c No. 1 will be held, in pursuance of Part
XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rawene on Wed-
nesday, the 11th day of August, 1915, at 10 o’clock in the
forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following
proposed resolutions :—
“ 1. That the said land be sold to John Whitefield, the
younger, at £1 10s. per acre ; or,
“ 2. That the said land be leased to John Whitefield, the
younger, for a term of fifty years at the annual rental of 1s.
6d. per acre for the first twenty-five years, and 5 per cent.
of the unimproved Government valuation for the second
twenty-five years, with compensation for improvements at
expiration of term.”
