REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waipoua 2B 3C will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Opononi on Tuesday, the 10th day of August, 1915, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land be revested in the Native owners.”

“ That the said land be sold to Isaac Robert Reed, of Mitimiti, at the price of £1 per acre.”

“ That the said land be sold to Daniel M. Kempt for the price of 15s. an acre.”

“ That the whole of the said block be sold to Louisa M. Hingston, of Ohaeawai, for the sum of £15 per acre or the present Government valuation.”
