REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Awaroa 1B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Opononi on Tuesday, the 10th day of August, 1915, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land be sold to Kossuth Newman and Clion Newman for the sum of £2 10s. per acre.”

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Ikaroa Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Matakara pa No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Levin on Friday, the 6th day of August, 1915, at 2.30 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That flax-cutting rights be granted to the Foxton Cordage and Flax Milling Company (Limited).”

THE Maori Land Board for the Ikaroa Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Moutere-Tahuna No. 6 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Otaki on Friday, the 6th day of August, 1915, at 10.30 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land be leased to Reginald William Frederick Cousins Ryder for a term of twenty-one years at a rental of 5 per cent. per annum on the present Government valuation.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Ikaroa Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waiorongomai No. 9A will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Otaki on Friday, the 6th day of August, 1915, at 10.30 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land be leased to William Martin Simcox for a term of twenty-one years at a yearly rental of £16 17s. per annum for the first ten years and 5 per cent. on valuation made in 1925 for balance of term. Improvements effected during first ten years to be excluded from valuation in 1925.”
