HEATHCOTE COUNTY COUNCIL.
Result of Poll on Proposal to raise a Special Loan of £2,000
for Sewage-works in the Heathcote Valley Sewage Special-loan Area.
IN pursuance of the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913, I hereby
give notice that at a poll of the ratepayers of the Heathcote
Valley Sewage Special-loan Area of the County of Heathcote
taken on the 21st day of June, 1915, on the proposal to borrow
the sum of £2,000 for construction of sewage-works, &c.,
the number of votes recorded for the proposal was 35, and
the number of votes recorded against the proposal was 3.
I therefore declare the proposal was carried.
Dated this 22nd day of June, 1915.

HEATHCOTE COUNTY COUNCIL.
Result of Poll on Proposal to raise a Special Loan of £1,600
for installing Electricity in the Heathcote Valley Electricity-supply Special-loan Area.
IN pursuance of the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913, I hereby
give notice that at a poll of the ratepayers of the Heathcote
Valley Electricity Special-loan Area of the County of Heath-cote taken on the 21st day of June, 1915, on the proposal
to borrow the sum of £1,600 for the purpose of installing
electricity, &c., the number of votes recorded for the proposal
was 54, and the number of votes recorded against the
proposal was 3.
I therefore declare the proposal was carried.

COUNTY OF WAITEMATA.
Notice of Result of Poll on Loan Proposal.
PURSUANT to section 12 of the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913,
I hereby give notice that a poll of the ratepayers of the Taka-puna Riding of the County of Waitemata was taken on the
19th day of May, 1915, on a proposal of the Waitemata
County Council to borrow the sum of £6,000 for the con-struction, improvement, and metalling of the road known as
the main East Coast Road, within the limits of the Takapuna
Riding of the County of Waitemata.
The number of valid votes recorded for the proposal was
103; the number of valid votes recorded against the pro-posa! was 28; and the number of informal votes was 1.
And there being more than the requisite three-fifths majority
of the valid votes recorded in favour of the proposal, I there-fore declare the proposal carried.

GREY COUNTY COUNCIL.
Notice of Result of Poll to raise a Special Loan.
PURSUANT to section 12 of the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913,
I hereby give notice that a poll of the ratepayers of the Grey
County was taken on the 26th day of May, 1915, on the pro-posal of the Grey County Council to borrow the sum of £3,000
for the purpose of defraying the Council's share of the cost of
reconstructing the superstructure of Cobden Bridge.
The number of votes recorded in favour of the proposal
was 296, the number of votes recorded against the proposal
was 63, and the number of informal votes was 1.
I therefore declare the proposal carried.
Dated this 31st day of May, 1915.

BAY TOWN BOARD.
Results of Polls for Proposed Loans.
PURSUANT to section 12 of the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913,
I hereby give notice that at a poll of ratepayers of the Bay
Town District taken on the 30th day of June, 1915, on the
proposal for the Bay Town Board to borrow the sum of
£5,000 for the purpose of—
(1.) Improvement to water-supply system and
future extensions
.. 2,000
(2.) System of storm-water drainage
.. 2,800
(3.) Extension of electric-light system
.. 200
5,000
the voting on such loan proposal was as follows : For the
proposal, 183 ; against the proposal, 147 ; informal, 10.
And I hereby declare such loan proposal to be duly carried.
Also, at a poll of ratepayers taken on the same date, on the
proposal for the Bay Town Board to borrow £1,200 for the
purpose of constructing a retaining-wall across the Anderson's
Bay Inlet, the voting on such loan proposal was as follows :
For the proposal 246 ; against the proposal, 93 ; informal, 12.
And I hereby declare such loan proposal to be duly carried.
Dated at Anderson's Bay this 1st day of July, 1915.

rules made thereunder, I, Francis Henry Dillon Bell,
Minister of Internal Affairs, being the Minister charged
with the administration of the said Act, do hereby appoint
Tuesday, the 20th day of July, 1915, to be the day for
holding an election of one member of the
ROTORUA FIRE BOARD
by the insurance companies concerned, such election being
held to fill the extraordinary vacancy caused by the resig-nation of Mr. Lancelot W. D. Andrews.
