A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consent of the lessee of the lands described in the Schedule hereto, and of the Murchison County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said lands are situated, proclaim as a road the lands described in the said Schedule.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road:—
3 acres 2 roods, portion of Section 2. Plan L. and S. XVI/122A.
1 acre 3 roods 22 perches, portion of Section 4 (scenic reserve). Plan L. and S. XVI/122B.

Situated in Block XII, Rahu Survey District.

In the Nelson Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked as above mentioned, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the licensee and mortgagee of the lands described in the Schedule hereto, and of the Raglan County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said lands are situated, proclaim as a road the lands described in the said Schedule.

In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked Prov. No. 1393, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Wellington, and thereon coloured brown.
