And whereas the period for which the said Board was appointed expired on the thirty-first day of March, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen:
And whereas it appears expedient to again appoint a Domain Board to control the domain:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
ARTHUR THOMAS MASON,
CHARLES SAMUEL FREDERICK MOORE,
REGINALD CLEMENT MASON,
HENRY HERBERT HARRIS,
ROBERT JOHN EDWARD HARTLEY,
WILLIAM ROBINSON, and
WALTER THOMAS
to be the Okain’s Bay Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Monday, the twenty-eighth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen, at half past seven o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Public Library at Okain’s Bay as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.
OKAIN’S BAY DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 9 acres 2 roods 18 perches, more or less, being Reserve No. 3734, situated in Block IV, Okain’s Survey District, and bounded as follows: On the north and north-east by a road reserve along high-water mark of Okain’s Bay, 525 links and 2075·9 links; on the south-east by a public road, 486·4 links; and on the south-west by a public road, 81·6 links, 374·5 links, 377·9 links, 215·3 links, 232·4 links, and 1074·5 links, to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same are delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/223, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey in Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Also all that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 3 acres 0 roods 22 perches, more or less, being Reserve No. 3753, formerly part of Rural Section No. 829, situated in Block IV, Okain’s Survey District, and known as Sefton Park, commencing at a point on the south-west corner of Section No. 829, and bounded as follows: On the west by a public road, 597·7 links; on the north by Section No. 1717, 525·7 links; on the east by other part of Section No. 829, 599 links; and on the south by a public road, 523·5 links, to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same are delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/223A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey in Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this seventeenth day of May, 1915.
Present:
THE RIGHT HONOURABLE W. F. MASSEY, P.C., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, with respect to any public domain, appoint any local authority to be a Domain Board having, subject to Part II of the said Act, control of such domain:
And whereas by an Order in Council made on the fifth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the eighth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen, the land described in the Schedule hereto was brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act:
And whereas it appears expedient to appoint a Domain Board to control the domain:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

WILLIAM ROBERT KEAY,
ARTHUR EDWARD LEOPOLD LECOUSTRE,
WILLIAM VICKERS,

to be the Herekino Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the nineteenth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen, at half-past seven o’clock p.m., as the time when, and Mr. D. K. Dysart’s Hall, Herekino, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

HEREKINO DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing 6 acres 3 roods, more or less, being Section 76, Block VII, Whangape Survey District. Bounded towards the north by Sections 24 and 75, Block VII, Whangape Survey District, 811·1 links; towards the east by Section 25 of Block VII aforesaid, 506·3 links; towards the south and again towards the east by Section 78 of the aforesaid block, 125 and 234·4 links respectively; towards the south-east by a public road, 740·4 links; and towards the west by Sections 77 and 24 of the aforesaid block, 1117·6 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1911/1530A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this twenty-fourth day of May, 1915.
Present:
THE RIGHT HONOURABLE W. F. MASSEY, P.C., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by subsection one of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, it is, inter alia, provided that the said section shall not apply in any case where the local authority having control of any road or street by resolution declares that the provisions thereof shall not apply to any specified road or street, or any specified part thereof, and such resolution is approved by the Governor in Council:
And whereas by subsection two of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, it is provided that such approval may be either absolute or subject to such conditions with respect to the building-line as the Governor, by Order in Council, thinks fit to impose:
And whereas the Waimea County Council, being the local authority having control of the portions of roads described in the Schedule hereto, did, by resolution, declare that the provisions of the said section one hundred and seventeen should not apply to the said portions of roads:
And whereas it is deemed expedient that such resolution should be approved:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the above-in-part-recited Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the said resolution in so far as it affects the said portions of roads described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of Edwards Road, in the Nelson Land District, Waimea County, commencing at its junction with Ngatimoti Road, and proceeding thence in an easterly direction, and adjoining the northern boundary of Section 1 of 38, Block VII, Motueka Survey District, and terminating at the north-eastern corner of the said Section 1 of 38.
