Declaring Portion of Totara-Mahanga Road, in the Woodville County, to be a County Road.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this twenty-fourth day of May, 1915.
Present:
THE RIGHT HONOURABLE W. F. MASSEY, P.C., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of Totara-Mahanga Road, in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, Woodville County, commencing at its junction with Laws Road, and proceeding thence in a south-westerly direction generally, adjoining or passing through Section 5, Blocks II and VI, Sections 6, 10, 9, and part 8, Block VI, Tahorai te Survey District, and terminating at a point about the middle of the north-western boundary of the said Section 8, being a distance of two miles, more or less; as the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 37836, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portions of roads described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become county roads.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of Ahuaturanga Road, situated in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, Woodville County, commencing at the Manga-atua Stream, and proceeding thence in a south-easterly direction, adjoining Sections 5, part 4, railway reserve, part 11, 10, 9, and 8, Block VIII, Woodville Survey District; thence in a south-westerly direction, adjoining the south-eastern boundary of the said Section 8; thence in a south-easterly direction generally, adjoining or passing through Sections 7, 6, railway reserve, and part 1, Block VIII, Woodville Survey District, and terminating at the south-eastern boundary of the said Section 1, being a distance of 2 miles 53 chains, more or less.
Also all that portion of Priests Road, in the said land district and county, commencing at its junction with Ahuaturanga Road, and proceeding thence in a south-westerly direction, adjoining Section 10, Block VIII, Woodville Survey District, and terminating at the south-western corner of the said Section 10, being a distance of 18½ chains, more or less.
As the said portions of roads are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 37835, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red and marked A B and C D respectively.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Brydone Domain.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this twenty-fourth day of May, 1915.
Present:
THE RIGHT HONOURABLE W. F. MASSEY, P.C., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, with respect to any public domain, appoint such persons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to be a Domain Board having, subject to Part II of the said Act, control of such domain:
And whereas by an Order in Council made on the third day of March, one thousand nine hundred and eight, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the twelfth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and eight, certain powers were delegated to the Brydone Domain Board for a period of seven years:
And whereas it appears expedient to again appoint a Domain Board to control the domain:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion of New Zealand, doth hereby appoint
JAMES DRYS DALE,
JAMES NICHOLSON,
PATRICK RYAN,
ROBERT ALLISON, and
WILLIAM JOSEPH COONEY
to be the Brydone Domain Board, having control of the land described in the said Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Monday, the seventh day of June, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the ante-room of the Coronation Hall, Brydone, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
BRYDONE DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Southland Land District, containing by admeasurement 4 acres 3 roods, more or less, being Section No. 152E, Block II, Brydone Village (Edendale Settlement), Southland County. Bounded towards the north-east and south-east by Allotment No. 124E, Edendale Settlement, 510·8 and 728·9 links respectively; towards the south-west by Section No. 151E in the said village, 100 links; again towards the south-east by said Section No. 151E, 250 links; again towards the south-west by the Old Dunedin Road, 410·8 links; and towards the north-west by Allotment No. 22E in the said settlement, 978·9 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 57761/1, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
