Land taken for the Purposes of a Road in Block XVI, Mangatu Survey District, Waikohu County.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken, under the Public Works Act, 1908, for a certain public work—to wit, for the purposes of a road in Block XVI, Mangatu Survey District, Waikohu County:
And whereas the Waikohu County Council has laid before the Governor a memorial, accompanied by a map, and also the statutory declaration, as required by the said Act:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road, and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 acre 2 roods 23 perches.
Portion of Tapuihikitea B (Poverty Bay R.D.).
Situated in Block XVI, Mangatu Survey District.
In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 37422, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured pink.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this fifteenth day of April, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and fifteen.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken, under the Public Works Act, 1908, the Scenery Preservation Act, 1908, and the Scenery Preservation Amendment Act, 1910, for scenic purposes in Block II, Waiopehu Survey District:
And whereas an agreement has been entered into, in terms of section twenty-seven of the Public Works Act, 1908, to take such land for scenic purposes:
And whereas a plan has been prepared, and the Minister has recommended the Governor to issue a proclamation taking the land, as required by the Public Works Act, 1908:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, the Scenery Preservation Act, 1908, and the Scenery Preservation Amendment Act, 1910, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, and being satisfied of the sufficiency of the agreement hereinbefore referred to, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for scenic purposes; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the thirtieth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen.

Situated in Block II, Waiopehu Survey District.

Amending General Regulations under Part II of the Fisheries Act, 1908.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this twelfth day of April, 1915.

THE RIGHT HONOURABLE W. F. MASSEY, P.C., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by Order in Council dated the twenty-third day of August, one thousand nine hundred and seven, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 76, of the twenty-ninth day of the same month, general regulations were made for fishing for trout and perch:
And whereas it is desirable to add to and amend the said regulations in the manner hereinafter described:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon him by section eighty-three of the Fisheries Act, 1908 (hereinafter called “the said Act”), and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby make the following additional and amending regulations for the purposes of the said Act, and doth hereby declare that such regulations shall have force and effect in each Acclimatization District throughout the Dominion.
REGULATIONS.
- No license for taking trout or perch shall authorize any person to fish with more than one rod and line.
