THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.
[No. 54

Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1908, and thereupon
the land may be administered and disposed of under that
Act accordingly:

And whereas the land described in the Schedule hereto
was taken for the purposes of a road: And whereas such
road has been stopped, and it is desirable to declare the
land contained therein to be Crown land: And whereas a
plan has been prepared, and the Minister has recommended
the Governor to declare such land to be Crown land:

Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers
and authorities conferred upon me by the above-in-part-
recited Acts, and of all other powers in anywise enabling
me in this behalf, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl
of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto
to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1908, and that
such land may be administered and disposed of under that
Act accordingly.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown
land: 4 acres 0 roods 20 perches, being closed road
adjoining or passing through Sections 1, 2, and 4 (Taranaki
R.D.).

Situated in Block II, Piopiotea West Survey District.

In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 36310,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works
at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and
thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right
Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile,
Earl of Liverpool, Knight Grand Cross of the
Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and
Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian
Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in
and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zea-
land and its Dependencies; and issued under
the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Govern-
ment House at Wellington, this fifteenth day of
April, in the year of our Lord one thousand
nine hundred and fifteen.

District, Newcastle Road District, Waipa County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William
de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the
Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents
of the owner and mortgagees of the land described in the
Schedule hereto, and of the Newcastle Road Board, being
the local authority in whose district the said land is
situated, proclaim as a road the land in Alexandra Survey
District described in the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a
road: 1 rood 12·8 perches.

Portion of Allotments 23 and 24, Tuhikaramea Parish
(17345, blue).

Situated in Block VIII, Alexandra Survey District.

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 37509,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and
thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right
Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile,
Earl of Liverpool, Knight Grand Cross of the
Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and
Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian
Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in

William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of

of the owner and lessee of the land described in the Schedule
hereto, and of the Mangawhero Road Board, being the
local authority in whose district the said land is situated,
proclaim as a road the land in Mangawhero Survey District
described in the Schedule hereto.

Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and
thereon coloured pink.

section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William
de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the
Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents
of the owners of the land described in the First Schedule
hereto, and of the Rodney County Council, being the local
authority in whose district the said land is situated, pro-
claim as a road the land in Mahurangi Survey District
described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby,
with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the
road described in the Second Schedule hereto, which is not
required by reason of the road described in the First Schedule
hereto.
