Commencing at the junction of the Wye Stream and the Wairau River, and bounded towards the north generally by the right bank of the Wairau River to the western side of a road intersecting Section 20, Wairau Valley District; thence towards the east generally by that road and its continuation to the main Wairau Valley road intersecting Section 19, Wairau Valley District; thence by the north side of that road to the eastern boundary of Section 23, Wairau Valley District; thence across that road and by the eastern and southern boundaries of Section 23 aforesaid and the southern boundary of Section 25, Wairau Valley, to the north-eastern corner of Section 51 of Square 43, Wairau Valley District; thence by the eastern and southern boundaries of that section to the Hillersden Stream; thence by that stream to Sweet's Saddle; thence by Sweet's Stream to its junction with the Waihopai River; thence by the left bank of that river to its junction with the Spray River; thence by the left bank of the Spray River to the north-eastern corner of Pastoral Run No. 107;
