IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the one-hundred-and-twenty-sixth section of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint Wednesday, the tenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen, as the time at which the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be sold by public auction; and I do hereby fix the price at which the said land shall be sold as that mentioned in the said Schedule hereto.

Now, therefore, pursuant to the provisions of the Legislature Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor directs it to be notified that Charles Ernest Statham has, by writing under his hand addressed to the Governor, resigned his seat in the House of Representatives for the Electoral District of Dunedin Central; that such resignation was received on the 12th day of January, 1915; and that the seat is vacant by reason thereof.
