IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by the Agricultural and Pastoral Societies Amendment Act, 1912, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby change the name of the association incorporated under the Agricultural and Pastoral Societies Act, 1908, under the style and title of the Te Aroha Agricultural, Pastoral, and Horticultural Association, to the Thames Valley Agricultural, Pastoral, and Horticultural Association.

Regulation under Section 34 of the Mining Amendment Act, 1914.

At the Government House at Wellington, this seventh day of January, 1915.

WHEREAS it is provided by section thirty-four of the Mining Amendment Act, 1914, that no duty shall be payable under section sixteen of the Mining Amendment Act, 1910, in respect of the export of gold produced by alluvial mining or dredge mining: And whereas by the first-mentioned section the Governor is authorized, by Order in Council gazetted, to make regulations for giving effect to the said section:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the power conferred upon him as aforesaid, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby make the following regulation; and doth hereby declare that the said regulation shall come into force on the date of the publication thereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
REGULATION.
- Upon the entry for export from New Zealand of any gold which is exempt from duty under section 16 of the Mining Amendment Act, 1910 (being gold produced by alluvial mining or dredge mining), the exporter shall make on the entry a declaration in the form in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
DECLARATION ON EXPORT OF GOLD PRODUCED BY ALLUVIAL MINING OR DREDGE MINING.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred by the National Provident Fund Amendment Act, 1914, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby make the following regulation under and for the purposes of the said Act, which shall come into operation on the first day of January, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen.
REGULATION.
Contributors desiring to pay their contributions in advance for a term of five or more years may compound therefor in accordance with the commutation table appended.
