At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this twelfth day of January, 1915.

WHEREAS by section ninety-six of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913, it is enacted that the Governor in Council may from time to time by Order in Council declare that any land subject to Part XIV or XV of the Native Land Act, 1909, and vested in a Maori Land Board, shall no longer be subject to such Parts of that Act, and shall be revested in the Native owners thereof :
And whereas the land described in the Schedule hereto, and known as Kaikou A No. 2 Block, is now, by virtue of an Order in Council made on the third day of November, one thousand nine hundred and nine, and by virtue of the provisions of section two hundred and thirty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, subject to Part XIV of the said Act, and vested in the Tokerau District Maori Land Board accordingly :
And whereas the Governor is satisfied that the said land is not subject to any lease, license, contract for sale, or other alienation, and that no moneys are charged on the said land or on the revenue thereof in accordance with the said Act or under any other authority :
And whereas it is expedient that the said land should cease to be subject to Part XIV of the said Act :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon him by section ninety-six of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall no longer be subject to Part XIV of the Native Land Act, 1909.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that parcel of land, containing by admeasurement 161 acres 0 roods 34 perches, more or less, situated in the Motatau Survey District, in the Land District of Auckland, and known as Kaikou A No. 2 Block. Bounded towards the east by Kaikou A No. 1 Block ; towards the south-east by Native land ; towards the west by Kaikou A No. 3 Block ; and towards the north-west by Kaikou D Block.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the roads described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become Government roads.

At the Government House at Wellington, this seventh day of January, 1915.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on him by section twenty of the Dairy Industry Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint the Port of Gisborne to be a port from which dairy-produce may lawfully be exported from the Dominion, and doth hereby appoint the buildings in the occupation of the Gisborne Sheep-farmers’ Frozen Meat Company (Limited) at Gisborne to be a store for the storage, cooling, or freezing of dairy-produce prior to export ; and it is hereby declared that this Order in Council shall come into force on and after the date of the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
