And whereas the Governor is satisfied that the said land is not subject to any lease, license, contract for sale, or other alienation, and that no moneys are charged on the said land or on the revenue thereof in accordance with the said Act or under any other authority:
And whereas it is expedient that the said land should cease to be subject to Part XIV of the said Act:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon him by section ninety-six of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall no longer be subject to Part XIV of the Native Land Act, 1909.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that parcel of land, containing by admeasurement 341 acres 3 roods 10 perches, more or less, situated in the Mangamuka Survey District, in the Land District of Auckland, and known as Wharikiriki Block. Bounded towards the north by the Pukahu Block; towards the east generally by Sections 45, the termination of a road, 44 and 35 of the subdivision of Ahuatoatoa Block; towards the south-west by Sections 3, the crossing of a road, 19, and 18 of the subdivision of Orira Block; and towards the north-west by the Pukahu Block aforesaid, the crossing of a road, and again by the Pukahu Block aforesaid.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this twelfth day of January, 1915.

THE RIGHT HONOURABLE W. F. MASSEY, P.C., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section ninety-six of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913, it is enacted that the Governor in Council may from time to time by Order in Council declare that any land subject to Part XIV or XV of the Native Land Act, 1909, and vested in a Maori Land Board, shall no longer be subject to such Parts of that Act, and shall be revested in the Native owners thereof:
And whereas the lands described in the Schedule hereto, and known as Omahuta Blocks Nos. 3A, 3B, 3C No. 1, and 3C No. 2, are now, by virtue of an Order in Council made on the fifth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and nine, and by virtue of the provisions of section two hundred and thirty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, subject to Part XIV of the said Act, and vested in the Tokerau District Maori Land Board accordingly:
And whereas the Governor is satisfied that the said lands are not subject to any lease, license, contract for sale, or other alienation, and that no moneys are charged on the said lands or on the revenue thereof in accordance with the said Act or under any other authority:
And whereas it is expedient that the said lands should cease to be subject to Part XIV of the said Act:

Bounded towards the north-east by a public road and Omahuta Kauri-gum Reserve; towards the south by Te Pukahu Block; towards the south-west by Omahuta 3B Block, the crossing of a road, and again by Omahuta No. 3B Block; and towards the north-west by Section 1, Block XV, Maungataniwha Survey District,
All that parcel of land, containing by admeasurement 157 acres 3 roods 17 perches, more or less, situated in the Mangamuka Survey District, and in the Land District of Auckland, and known as the southern portion of Omahuta No. 3B Block. Bounded towards the north by the northern portion of the Omahuta No. 3B Block, the crossing of a road, and again by the northern portion of Omahuta No. 3B Block; towards the north-east by Omahuta No. 3A Block; towards the south by Te Pukahu Block; and towards the south-west by the Omahuta No. 3C No. 1 Block, the crossing of a road, and again by Omahuta No. 3C No. 1 Block.
All that parcel of land, containing by admeasurement 108 acres 0 roods 37 perches, more or less, situated in the Mangamuka Survey District, in the Land District of Auckland, and known as Omahuta No. 3C No. 1 Block. Bounded towards the north-east by Omahuta No. 3B Block, the crossing of a road, and again by Omahuta No. 3B Block; towards the south by the Pukahu Block, the crossing of a road, and again by Te Pukahu Block and Section 5, Block II, Mangamuka Survey District; towards the south-west by Omahuta No. 3C No. 2 Block, the crossing of a road, and again by Omahuta No. 3C No. 2 Block; and towards the north-west by the Mangamuka River.
All that parcel of land, containing by admeasurement 103 acres 0 roods 37 perches, more or less, situated in the Mangamuka Survey District, in the Land District of Auckland, and known as Omahuta No. 3C No. 2 Block. Bounded towards the north-east by Omahuta No. 3C No. 1 Block, the crossing of a road, and again by Omahuta No. 3C No. 1 Block; towards the south and east by Section 5, Block II, Mangamuka Survey District, the crossing of a road, and again by Section 5, Block II, Mangamuka Survey District; and towards the north-west by the Mangamuka River.
