- Section 37 is weighted with £10, Section 41 with £5, and Section 42 with £5, for cost of drain.
Aria is about twenty-four miles from Te Kuiti by a formed dray-road. It is in the centre of a prosperous dairying and grazing district. The sections comprise level to undulating land, a large proportion being ploughable, and the smaller sections are almost all good building-sites. A few of the sections are low-lying. The larger sections have mostly good building-sites, a few of the lower-lying ones being suitable for stock or cropping paddocks. The land is in fern, manuka, and rough grass, with some raupo swamp.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this sixteenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen.
W. H. HERRIES,
For Minister of Lands.
