Bounded towards the north-west by Sections 19 and 7 in the said block, 3454 links; towards the north-east by Section 8 in the said block, 1003 links; towards the south-east by Sections 9 and 21 in the said block, 3712 links; and towards the south-west by a public road, 1036 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.
As the same are delineated on the plan marked L. 1107, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Mataura Domain.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this eighteenth day of October, 1915.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor in Council.
WHEREAS by section forty-seven of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, by Order in Council gazetted, appoint any local authority to be a Domain Board having, subject to the said Act, control of any public domain:
And whereas by an Order in Council made on the eighteenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and eight, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the twenty-eighth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and eight, a Domain Board was appointed to control the Mataura Domain:
And whereas the period for which the said Board was appointed expired on the seventeenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen:
And whereas it appears expedient to again appoint a Domain Board to control the domain:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
THE MATAURA BOROUGH COUNCIL
to be the Mataura Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Tuesday, the twenty-sixth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen, at half past seven o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Borough Council Office, Mataura, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
MATAURA DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Southland Land District, containing by admeasurement 4 acres 3 roods 34 perches, more or less, being Section 13, Block XII, Town of Mataura. Bounded towards the north-east by a public road, 593 links; towards the south-east by Section 14 in the said block, 840 links; towards the south-west by Sections 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and the abuttal of Suburb Street, 593 links; and towards the north-west by Section 3, Lindhurst Hundred, 840 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 46099/7, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Also all that area in the Southland Land District, containing by admeasurement 13 acres 1 rood 24 perches, more or less, being Sections 39, 40, and 41, Block XVII, Town of Mataura Bridge. Bounded towards the north by Section 42, in the said block, 1275 links; towards the east by a public road, 1201·4 links; towards the south by a public road, 1312·2 links; and towards the west by Section 38 in the said block, 897 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 46099/8, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
THE QUEENSTOWN BOROUGH COUNCIL
to be the Queenstown Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Thursday, the fourth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen, at eight o’clock p.m. as the time when, and the Library Chambers, Queenstown, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
QUEENSTOWN DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 7 acres 0 roods 19 perches, more or less, being Blocks Nos. LIV, LV, and LVI, Town of Queenstown, Lake County. Bounded towards the north-west by Cemetery Reserv No. 1, 1847·7 links; thence towards the north-east by Isle Street, 123·2 links; thence towards the south-east by Isle Street, 1987·5 links; and thence towards the south-west by Hay Street, 564·5 links; and intersected by Cemetery Road and Camp Street: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 40309, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
