consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the confirmation of an alienation by way of mortgage of the block or parcel of land set out in the Schedule hereto. And it is hereby declared that this Order in Council is made under the provisions in that behalf of the Native Land Act, 1909, and shall operate accordingly as a consent of the Governor in Council to the proceedings hereby authorized.

Declaring a Native to be a European.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this twenty-seventh day of September, 1915.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor in Council.
WHEREAS by section seventeen of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1912, it is enacted that the Governor may by Order in Council, on the recommendation of the Native Land Court, declare any Native to be a European: And whereas Henry Pokiha Asher, of Tauranga, being a Native within the meaning of the Native Land Act, 1909, applied in the prescribed form for a recommendation of the Court that he might be declared a European: And whereas the said Court, having duly inquired into the said application, has recommended that an Order in Council be issued declaring the said Henry Pokiha Asher to be a European: And whereas it is expedient that such declaration should be made:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authority conferred on him by section seventeen of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1912, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby declare the said Henry Pokiha Asher, of Tauranga, to be a European.

Declaring Portion of Tongaporutu Mangaroa Road, in the Ohura County, to be a County Road.

At the Government House at Wellington, this twenty-seventh day of September, 1915.

His Excellency the Governor in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of the Tongaporutu–Mangaroa Road, in the Taranaki Land District, Ohura County, commencing at its junction with Mangakara Road, and proceeding thence in a south-westerly direction generally, adjoining or passing through Sections 16, 17 (scenic reserve), 21, 22, and 20, Block V, Ohura Survey District, and terminating at its junction with Weraroa Road, being a distance of 4 miles 10 chains, more or less. As the said road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 38090, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring certain Roads in the Waitomo County to be County Roads.

At the Government House at Wellington, this twenty-seventh day of September, 1915.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portions of roads described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become county roads.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of the Te Kuiti–Rangitoto I.F.S. Road, in the Auckland Land District, Waitomo County, commencing at the western boundary of Section 7855, Rangitoto-Tuha No. 70A, Block IV, Otanake Survey District, and proceeding thence in an easterly direction generally, adjoining or passing through the said Section 7855, Rangitoto-Tuha No. 70A, Blocks IV, Otanake, and I, Pakaumanu Survey Districts; Crown land 7455, Block I, Pakaumanu Survey District; Section 7745, Rangitoto-Tuha No. 69B, Blocks I, Pakaumanu, and XIII, Mangaorongo Survey Districts; and Section 7, Block XIII, Mangaorongo Survey District; and terminating at its junction with Otewa Road: being a distance of 3 miles 17 chains, more or less.
Also all that portion of Otewa Road, in the said land district and county, commencing at its junction with the Te Kuiti–Rangitoto I.F.S. Road, and proceeding thence in a south-easterly direction generally, adjoining or passing through Section 7, Block XIII, Mangaorongo Survey District; Sections 1, 7, 6, and 5, Rangitoto I.F.S. Block, Block I, Pakaumanu Survey District; and terminating at its junction with the access road to Sections 1 and 2, Rangitoto I.F.S.: being a distance of forty-five chains, more or less.
Also all that portion of access road to Sections 1 and 2, Rangitoto I.F.S., in the said land district and county, commencing at its junction with Otewa Road, and proceeding thence in a north-easterly direction generally for a distance of twelve chains, more or less, adjoining Section 3 and part Section 2, Rangitoto I.F.S., Block I, Pakaumanu Survey District.
As the said roads and portions of roads are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 38090, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Provincial District of Wellington, and thereon coloured red, yellow, and green respectively.
