Land taken for the Purposes of a Road in Block VI, Whangara Survey District, Cook County.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken, under the Public Works Act, 1908, for a certain public work—to wit, for the purposes of a road in Block VI, Whangara Survey District, Cook County:

And whereas the Cook County Council has laid before the Governor a memorial, accompanied by a map, and also the statutory declaration, as required by the said Act:

Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 4 acres 3 roods 20 perches.

Portion of Lot 3 (Whangara N. Block), (Poverty Bay R.D.). Situated in Block VI. Whangara Survey District.

In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 38138, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies: and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this thirtieth day of August, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and fifteen.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken, under the Public Works Act, 1908, for a certain public work—to wit, for the purposes of a road in Blocks XI and XII, Ngamatea Survey District, Wanganui County:

And whereas the Wanganui County Council has laid before the Governor a memorial, accompanied by a map, and also the statutory declaration, as required by the said Act:

Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken:—

1 rood 6 perches, portion of Parapara No. 2B 2M; Block XI. Coloured yellow on plan.

4 acres 3 roods 34 perches, portion of Pungataua Block; Block XII. Coloured red on plan.

Situated in Ngamatea Survey District.

In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 38191, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this twenty-fifth day of August, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and fifteen.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken under the Public Works Act, 1908, and the Waihou and Ohinemuri Rivers Improvement Act, 1910, for the purposes of a wharf and goods-shed, in Block XII, Waihou Survey District: And whereas the Minister of Public Works is of opinion that it is necessary to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes aforesaid, as authorized by the Waihou and Ohinemuri Rivers Improvement Act, 1910:

Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and the Waihou and Ohinemuri Rivers Improvement Act, 1910, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the said wharf and goods-shed; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eleventh day of September, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen.

Portion of Lot 1 of Thorp’s Grant.

Situated in Block XII, Waihou Survey District (S.O. 18356).

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 38465, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this thirtieth day of August, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and fifteen.
