Land proclaimed as a Road, and Road closed, in Blocks VII, Waiohine, and II, Wairarapa Survey Districts, Featherston County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owners and mortgagees of the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Featherston County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Waiohine and Wairarapa Survey Districts described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby, with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, which is not required by reason of the road described in the First Schedule hereto.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this thirtieth day of August, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and fifteen.

Land proclaimed as a Road, and Road closed, in Blocks VIII and XII, Kaihu Survey District, Hobson County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owner and mortgagees of the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Hobson County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Kaihu Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby, with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, which is not required by reason of the road described in the First Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 3 acres 0 roods 35·1 perches.
Portion of Kaihu 2B Block (S.O. 17887); Blocks VIII and XII.

SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 8 acres 1 rood 35 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Kaihu 2B Block (S.O. 17887); Block XII.
Coloured on plan: Green.

All situated in Kaihu Survey District.
All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 37455, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owner of the land described in the Schedule hereto, and of the Rangitikei County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Wangaehu Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 5·79 perches.
Portion of Section LXXVIII (Rangitikei R D.), Block XV, Wangaehu Survey District.

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 38289, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this twenty-fifth day of August, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and fifteen.
