Award of the Colonial Auxiliary Forces Officers’ Decoration.

HIS Excellency the Governor has been pleased to approve of the award of the Colonial Auxiliary Forces Officers’ Decoration to Major Alfred John Petherick, New Zealand Field Artillery, he having a total commissioned service to the 21st June, 1915, entitling him thereto of twenty years and seventeen days.

In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, and by virtue of a Warrant dated 28th day of April, 1914, issued under the hand of His Excellency the Governor, in terms of section 119 of the Public Works Act, 1908, the Panmure Township Road Board resolves by way of special order as follows:-

That, for the purpose of providing the Board’s share of the cost of construction of a bridge over the Tamaki River at Panmure, and paying the cost of raising the said loan,
