As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 38375, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red and marked A B.

Declaring Portions of Road in Blocks VI and X, Otanewainuku Survey District, to be Government Roads.

At the Government House at Wellington, this twenty-third day of August, 1915.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become Government roads.

Declaring Portion of Hoihere Road, in Block XVI, Te Kawau Survey District, to be a Government Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this twenty-third day of August, 1915.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a Government road.


SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of road in the Wellington Land District, Kairanga County, known as the Hoihere Road, on which the bridge over the Oroua River is situated, such bridge being near the south-western corner of Aorangi 3D No. 1A, Block XVI, Te Kawau Survey District. As the site of the said bridge is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 35532, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District.

Declaring Portion of the Napier-Wairoa Road, in the Wairoa County, to be a County Road.


LIVERPOOL, Governor.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this twenty-third day of August, 1915.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.


SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of the Napier-Wairoa Road, in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, Wairoa County, commencing at a point opposite the Tongoio Native Cemetery, Block IV, Puketapu Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in a northerly direction through the said block, and thence through Blocks XVI and Part XII, Maungaharuru Survey District, and terminating at a point opposite the Tutira Station gate in the said Block XII, Maungaharuru Survey District; being a distance of 12 miles 40 chains, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 38350, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured with a dotted red line and marked A B.

Declaring Portion of the Napier-Taupo Road, on the Boundary between the Hawke’s Bay and Wairoa Counties, to be a County Road.
