ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this twenty-third day of August, 1915.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
ON the recommendation of the Native Land Purchase Board, referred to in section three hundred and sixty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, and section one hundred and eleven of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913, and in exercise of the power in this behalf conferred upon him by those sections, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council thereof, doth hereby extend the period of an Order in Council made the thirty-first day of August, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen, for a further period of twelve months, prohibiting all alienations of the Native land specified in the Schedule hereto other than alienations in favour of the Crown.

Te Reinga Block: Approximate area, 3,337 acres: Hanga-roa and Opoiti Survey Districts.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
ON the recommendation of the Native Land Purchase Board, referred to in section three hundred and sixty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, and in exercise of the power in this behalf conferred upon him by that section, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby prohibit, for the period of one year from the date of this Order in Council, all alienations of the Native land specified in the Schedule hereto other than alienations in favour of the Crown.

Variation of an Order in Council prohibiting all Private Alienation of certain Native Lands.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this twenty-third day of August, 1915.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section three hundred and sixty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, it is enacted that any Order in Council made under that section may at any time be varied or revoked:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority hereinbefore mentioned, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the Order in Council as set out in Part I of the Schedule hereto, only in so far as it affects the land mentioned in Part II of the said Schedule.

ORDER in Council under section 363 of the Native Land Act, 1909, dated the 6th February, 1915, and published in the New Zealand Gazette dated the 6th February, 1915.

Declaring Portion of the Main South Road, in the Westland County, to be a Government Road.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this twenty-third day of August, 1915.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a Government road.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of road in the Westland Land District, Westland County, known as the main South Road, commencing at the southern boundary of the Borough of Ross in Block I, Totara Survey District, and proceeding thence in a south-westerly direction generally adjoining or passing through the following survey blocks: Blocks I, V, Totara Survey District; Blocks VIII, XII, XI, XV, Waitaha Survey
