Special Prohibitions and Observations.	Place of Destination.
Prohibitions.—Arms and ammunition. For restrictions as to plums, sardines, &c., see France. Observations.—Parcels for Grand Bassam and Tabou are delivered free; but parcels for all other places are liable to a charge for delivery. Insurance confined to parcels for Abidjan, Béréby, Bingerville, Dabou, Grand Bassam, Grand Lahou, Jacqueville, Tabou, and Toumodi.	Ivory Coast.
Prohibitions.—Bullion exceeding £5 in value, oilskins and similar goods. Observations.—No compensation is paid in respect of loss or damage of uninsured parcels or their contents, and insurance does not extend to the Cayman Islands (see clause 20, p. 2981).	Jamaica.
Prohibitions.—Opium and articles used in smoking it; tobacco; firearms (except by special authority of the Japanese Government); salt, bullion exceeding £5 in value, oilskins and similar goods. For Corea: Same as Japan, with the addition of weights and measures, fruit-trees, and arms and other munitions of war, which may not be imported except under special permit. Observations.—Via India: Parcels containing umbrellas, sticks, maps, plans, or similar articles will be accepted up to a maximum of 3 ft. 3 in. (1 metre) in length, provided they do not exceed 7½ in. (20 centimetres) in breadth or thickness. The Post-offices in Japanese Saghalien (Karafuto) are Gaukinourasukoe (Galkino Vraskoe), Kushunkotan (Korsakoff), Mauka, and Uradimirofuka (Vladimirofka).	Japan.
Prohibitions.—Opium, bullion exceeding £5 in value, oilskins and similar goods. Observations.—The Post-offices in the Kiautschou Protectorate are Litsun, Tsangkou, and Tsingtau. Insured parcels cannot be accepted for T—-kou.	Kiautschou Protectorate.

Prohibitions.—Bullion exceeding £5 in value, oilskins and similar goods; goods bearing any name or trade-mark of any manufacturer, dealer, or trader in any British possession, unless such name or trade-mark is accompanied by a definite indication of the country in which the goods were made or purchased. Observations.—The Leeward Islands include Antigua, Dominica, Montserrat, Nevis, St. Kitts, and Tortola (Virgin Islands). Delivery is confined to the port of disembarkation except in the case of Dominica, where delivery is effected at Roseau (Charlottetown) and Portsmouth.	Leeward Islands.
Prohibitions.—Bullion exceeding £5 in value, oilskins and similar goods.	Liberia.
Prohibitions.—Same as Italy, except that the prohibition of arms and parts of arms is absolute. Observations.—The service extends only to Azizia, Benghazi, Cirene, Cussabat, Derna, El Abair, Garian, Gheminez, Homs, Jefren, Marsa Susa, Merg, Misurata (Misrata), Sliten, Soluk, Syrte, Tobruk, Tocra, Tolmetta, Tripoli, and Zuara.	Libya.
