Notice by the Public Trustee under the Public Trust Office Act, 1908 (Part II), and its Amendments.
To the owner of the following land, that is to say: All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Otago, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 4 perches, more or less, being Section 2, Block XI, Town of Herbert. The registered owner of the land is one WILLIAM DENHOLM, of Otepopo District, Builder, who cannot now be traced.
WHEREAS the Public Trustee has instituted inquiries, and has been unable to find the whereabouts of the owner of the above-described land or of any agent of such owner in New Zealand:
Now, the Public Trustee hereby calls upon such owner, within six months of the date of the publication of this notice in this Gazette, to establish to the satisfaction of the Public Trustee his title to the said land; and if he fails or neglects so to do, the Public Trustee will exercise the powers and authorities granted to him in and by the Public Trust Office Act, 1908 (Part II), and its amendments.

WHEREAS the Public Trustee has instituted inquiries, and has been unable to find the whereabouts of the owner of the above-described land or of any agent of such owner in New Zealand:
Now, the Public Trustee hereby calls upon such owner, within six months of the date of the publication of this notice in this Gazette, to establish to the satisfaction of the Public Trustee his title to the said land; and if he fails or neglects so to do, the Public Trustee will exercise the powers and authorities granted to him in and by the Public Trust Office Act, 1908 (Part II), and its amendments.

Bounded towards the north-east by a line, the abuttal of a road 100 links wide, and Allotments 87 and 86, 4082 links; towards the south-east by a line, 2833 links; towards the south-west by a line, 4082 links; and towards the north-west by a line, 2833 links.
The land was originally Crown-granted to Paora te Kai, Aperehama Te Amio, Ngawhaite T'awha, Iraia White, and Peti Paretai, Aboriginal Natives, who cannot now be traced.
WHEREAS the Public Trustee has instituted inquiries, and has been unable to find the whereabouts of the owner of the above-described land or of any agent of such owner in New Zealand:

To the owner of the following land, that is to say: All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 50 acres, more or less, being Allotment 139, Parish of Waimana, County of Opotiki. Bounded towards the north-west by Allotment 138, 4515 links; towards the south-east by high-water mark of the Ohiwa Harbour; towards the south by Allotment 140, 2567 links; and towards the west by a road 100 links wide, 983 links. The land was originally Crown-granted to one JOHN CHARLES WRIGHT, sometime a Private in the First Regiment, Waikato Militia, who cannot now be traced.
WHEREAS the Public Trustee has instituted inquiries, and has been unable to find the whereabouts of the owner of the above-described land or of any agent of such owner in New Zealand:
Now, the Public Trustee hereby calls upon such owner, within six months of the date of the publication of this notice in this Gazette, to establish to the satisfaction of the Public Trustee his title to the said land; and if he fails or neglects to do so, the Public Trustee will exercise the powers and authorities granted to him in and by the Public Trust Office Act, 1908 (Part II), and its amendments.

Notice of Vesting of Land in the Public Trustee under the Public Trust Office Act, 1908, Part II, Unclaimed Lands, and its Amendments.
WHEREAS I, the undersigned, the Public Trustee, have, for the purposes of Part II of the Public Trust Office Act, 1908 (relating to unclaimed lands), made due inquiries with respect to the land described in the Schedule hereunder, and the owner thereof, and have, in respect of the said land, given the notices prescribed by section 66 of that Act, and have in all respects complied with the provisions of that Act pertinent hereto: And whereas I have not thereby found the owner or any agent of such owner in the Dominion, nor has such owner established his title to the said land, as required by the said Act: I hereby give notice that the said land is, under and by virtue of the said Act, vested in the Public Trustee as aforesaid, as from the date of the publication hereof, and will be administered under the Public Trust Office Act, 1908, and its amendments; the value of the land for the purposes of section 67 (d) of the said Act being less than Β£100.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, being Lot 3 of the Kensington Subdivision of Allotment 1 of the Parish of Whangarei, Marsden County. Bounded towards the north-east by Lot 2 of the said subdivision, 145 ft. 2 in.; towards the south-east by Kensington Street, 48 ft. 2 in.; towards the north-west by Lot 5, 48 ft. 2 in.; towards the south-west by Lot 4, 145 ft. 2 in.: be all the said several admeasurements a little more or less.
