SCHEDULE.
TARATA DOMAIN.
All that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 8 acres 2 roods, more or less, being Section No. 58, Tarata Village, Huiroa Survey District. Bounded towards the north by the Waitara River; towards the east generally by the Waitara River; towards the south by the Junction Road, 1470 links, and Ngatimaru Terrace; and towards the west by the Waitara River: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/24A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered pink.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Tinwald Domain.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this twenty-fourth day of August, 1914.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor in Council.
WHEREAS by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed "the said Act"), it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, with respect to any public domain, appoint such persons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to be a Domain Board having, subject to Part II of the said Act, control of such domain:
And whereas by an Order in Council made on the eighth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and four, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the eleventh day of August, one thousand nine hundred and four, certain powers were delegated to the Tinwald Domain Board for a period of ten years:
And whereas the period for which the said Board was appointed expired on the seventh day of August, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen:
And whereas it appears expedient to again appoint a Domain Board to control the domain:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

JAMES HESELTINE,
ALFRED JOHN MILLICHAMP, and
THOMAS EDWARD TARBOTTON
to be the Tinwald Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the twenty-sixth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen, at half past two o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Board's office, Burnett Street, Ashburton, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

TINWALD DOMAIN.
All that area in Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 230 acres, more or less, being part of Reserves Nos. 2378 and 2275, situate in Block XVI, Westerfield Survey District. Commencing at a point, the same being the northernmost corner of Rural Section No. 6022; thence south-westerly bearing 233° 12' 30", 2597 links; thence north-westerly bearing 293° 11' 30", 586.5 links; thence again north-westerly bearing 277° 45' 30", 960.5 links; thence south-westerly bearing 187° 42', 2448.6 links; thence again south-westerly bearing 263° 19' and 268° 47', distances respectively of 348.4 links and 439.8 links; thence north-westerly bearing 275° 37', 498.7 links, 283° 19', 547 links, and 287° 4', 321.2 links; thence south-easterly bearing 169° 1', 1588 links; thence south-westerly bearing 259° 2' 30", 3497.8 links; thence north-westerly bearing 349° 2' 30", 3452.3 links; thence again north-westerly bearing 287° 4', 1074.5 links; thence north-easterly bearing 79° 2' 30", 546.2 links, 79° 3' 30", 10378.4 links; thence south-easterly bearing 143° 41', 186 links, to the commencing-point: save and excepting thereout Reserve No. 2120, part of Mount Somers branch railway-line and parts of Maronan and
Westerfield Roads, which are included in the above-described boundaries: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/136A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered pink.

JOHN NEWBEGIN, and
CHARLES LEWIS HOPKINS
to be the Wainui Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the twenty-sixth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen, at half past seven o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Public Library at Wainui as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
WAINUI DOMAIN.
All that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 3 roods, more or less, being part of Rural Section No. 727, situate in Block VII, Akaroa Survey District. Commencing at a point on the south-west boundary of Valley Road, the same being distant 443.5 links north-west from Wainui Beach Road; thence by a line south-westerly at right angles to Valley Road, 444.4 links; thence north-westerly by a line at right angles, 450 links; thence again at right angles north-easterly, 444.4 links; thence south-easterly, 450 links, by the south-west boundary of Valley Road to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: save and excepting thereout Reserve 3804, which is not included in the above-described area, and for which due allowance has been made: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/58A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
