And whereas by an Order in Council made on the eighth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and four, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the eleventh day of August, one thousand nine hundred and four, certain powers were delegated to the Waihou Domain Board for a period of ten years:

And whereas the period for which the said Board was appointed expired on the seventh day of August, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen:

And whereas it appears expedient to again appoint a Domain Board to control the said domain:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

THOMAS STANLEY,
JAMES BUCHANAN THOMAS,
GEORGE WILLIAM MACE,
JOHN BENJAMIN JOHNSON,
ALFRED BOSSONS,
FRED TREVANION ROWE,
WILLIAM THOMAS WESTON HUGHES, and
GEORGE COWLEY

to be the Waihou Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Thursday, the tenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen, at half past seven o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the office of George William Mace, in Whitaker Street, Te Aroha, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.

WAIHOU DOMAIN.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 68 acres, more or less, being Section No. 113, Block IX, Aroha Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west by Sections Nos. 91 and 112, Block IX, Aroha Survey District; towards the north-east generally by a road reserve along the Waihou River; towards the south-east by a public road; and towards the south-west by a public road.

Also all that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 39 acres 1 rood, more or less, being Section No. 8, Block XI, Aroha Survey District. Bounded towards the north by Section No. 13, Block IX, Aroha Survey District; towards the north-east by Section No. 90, Block XI, Aroha aforesaid; towards the east generally by a road reserve along the Waihou River; towards the south-east by a public road; towards the south-west by a public road; and again towards the north-west, again towards the south-west, and again towards the south-east by Section No. 8A, Block XI aforesaid; and again towards the south-west by a public road.

As the same are delineated on the plans marked L. and S. 1/345A and 1/345B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (Auckland Plans 2942 and 1967, blue.)

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Toko Domain.

LIVERPOOL, Governor.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this twenty-fourth day of August, 1914.

Present:
His Excellency THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed "the said Act"), it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, with respect to any public domain, appoint such persons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to be a Domain Board having, subject to Part II of the said Act, control of such domain:

And whereas by an Order in Council made on the first day of July, one thousand nine hundred and seven, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the fourth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and seven, a Domain Board was appointed to control the Toko Domain:

And whereas the period for which the said Board was appointed expired on the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen:

And whereas it appears expedient to again appoint a Domain Board to control the domain:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

GEORGE MORRISON,
WILLIAM HENRY WERE,

to be the Toko Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Monday, the fourteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen, at eight o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Coronation Hall, Toko, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.

TOKO DOMAIN.

ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 7 acres and 32.7 perches, more or less, being part Section No. 36, Block III, Ngaire Survey District. Bounded towards the north generally by other part of Section No. 36, Block III, Ngaire, 1083.4 links; towards the south-east by railway reserve, 1451.6 links; and towards the west by a road and other part of Section No. 36 aforesaid, 1077 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/401A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Paterson, at Tarata, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
