Consenting to stopping Roads in Block VIII, Onewhero Survey District, Raglan County.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this twentieth day of January, 1914.
Present:
THE RIGHT HONOURABLE W. F. MASSEY PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section one hundred and thirty-three (a) of the Public Works Act, 1908, it is enacted that a local authority shall not declare any county road or district road to be stopped, and such road shall not be deemed to be stopped, until the consent thereto of the Governor by Order in Council gazetted is obtained:
And whereas the Raglan County Council has applied for such consent in respect of the roads described in the Schedule hereto:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the above-in-part-recited Act, and of all other powers in anyway enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the Raglan County Council stopping the roads described in the Schedule hereto.

Declaring Hauturu to Otorohanga Road, in the Waitomo County, to be a County Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this twentieth day of January, 1914.

THE RIGHT HONOURABLE W. F. MASSEY PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anyway enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that road in the Waitomo County, Auckland Land District; known as Hauturu to Otorohanga Road, commencing at the Moakuraua Stream in Block XIV, Pirongia Survey
District, and proceeding thence in a south-easterly direction generally, adjoining or passing through Orahiri No. 2 7B and Orahiri No. 2 8B Blocks and Section 9, Block XIV, Pirongia Survey District; Section 8, School Reserve, Orahiri No. 2D Block, Block II, Orahiri Survey District; again through Section 9, Block XIV, Pirongia Survey District; Orahiri No. 2 Section 6B, Orahiri No. 2 No. 1 Block; Sections 21 and 18, Otorohanga 2c2B Block; Sections 6 and 17, Otorohanga No. 2B2B and R2A Blocks; Section 16, Scenic Reserve, and Section 6, Block III, Orahiri Survey District; Sections 7B and 8A and Subdivisions Q2E, Q2D, 2c, and 2A of Otorohanga Block, Block IV, Orahiri Survey District, to the terminus of the road on the western boundary of the Otorohanga Township in Block IV, Orahiri Survey District, being a distance of 9 miles 73 chains, more or less: as the said road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 34794, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red and marked A.B.

Declaring Portion of Torehapa Road, in the Ohinemuri County, to be a County Road.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of road in the Ohinemuri County, Auckland Land District, known as Torehapa Road, commencing at its junction with the Waikaka to Waitakaruru Road in Ngarua No. 5A Block, Block XII, Piako Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in a south-westerly direction through portion of the said Ngarua No. 5A Block and adjoining Sections 2, 1, and part of 4, all in Block XII, Piako Survey District; being a distance of 2 miles and 30 chains, more or less: as the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 33970, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red and marked A.B.
