and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
doth hereby appoint

GEORGE LYALL,
DAVID STOWELL,
THOMAS GALLETLY,
WILLIAM KENNEDY, and
SAMUEL HOPKINS

to be the St. Andrew’s Domain Board, having control of the
land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of
and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth
hereby appoint Friday, the twenty-fourth day of July, one
thousand nine hundred and fourteen, at two o’clock p.m.,
as the time when, and the Public Hall, St. Andrew’s, as the
place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.

ST. ANDREW’S DOMAIN.

ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing
by admeasurement 24 acres and 12 perches, more or less,
being Reserve No. 634 (in red), situate in Block XII, Otaio
Survey District, and Block IV, Patiti Survey District. Com-
mencing at the north-west corner of Rural Section 6230 ;
thence bounded towards the north-west by a public road,
2844 links ; towards the north-east by Rural Section 7103,
1078 links ; towards the south-east by the railway reserve,
2730 links ; and towards the south-west by Rural Section
6230, 729 links, to the point of commencement: save and
except the portion used as a public pound, for which due
allowance has been made in the area : be all the aforesaid
linkages more or less : as the same is delineated on the plan
marked L. and S. I/259A, deposited in the Head Office,
Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon
bordered red.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Alfredton
Domain.

LIVERPOOL, Governor.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this twenty-ninth
day of June, 1914.

Present :

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS by section forty of the Public Reserves
and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the
said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor may from time
to time, with respect to any public domain, appoint such
persons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to be a Domain
Board having, subject to Part II of the said Act, control of
such domain :

And whereas by an Order in Council made on the twelfth
day of May, one thousand nine hundred and three, and
published in the New Zealand Gazette of the twenty-first
day of May, one thousand nine hundred and three, certain
powers were delegated to the Alfredton Domain Board for
a period of ten years :

And whereas the period for which the said Board was
appointed expired on the eleventh day of May, one thousand
nine hundred and thirteen :

And whereas it appears expedient to again appoint a
Domain Board to control the domain :

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Do-
minion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred
by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
doth hereby appoint

CHARLES BENTON,
WILLIAM CROSS,
FOSTER PERCY,
WILLIAM RUTHERFORD, and
SINCLAIR MUNRO GEORGE

to be the Alfredton Domain Board, having control of the
land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and
subject to the provisions of the said Act ; and doth hereby
appoint Saturday, the eighteenth day of July, one thousand
nine hundred and fourteen, at four o’clock p.m., as the time
when, and the Public Hall, Alfredton, as the place where,
the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.

ALFREDTON DOMAIN.

ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing
by admeasurement 16 acres 1 rood 20 perches, more or less,
being Section No. 234, Town of Alfredton. Bounded towards
the north and east generally by Holdsworth Street, by Sec-
tions Nos. 3, 2, 1, 6, 8, 10, 12, and 14, by Grey Street, by
Section No. 70, again by Grey Street, by Featherston Street,
and again by Grey Street ; and towards the south and west
generally by the Te Hoe River : as the same is delineated on
the plan marked L. and S. I/99A, deposited in the Head
Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and
thereon bordered red.

Also all that area in the Wellington Land District, con-
taining by admeasurement 100 acres, more or less, being
Section No. 201, Block XII, Mangaone Survey District.
Bounded towards the north-east by Moroa Native Reserve
and by the abutment of a road, 1269 links ; towards the
south-east by Section No. 204, 4039 links ; towards the
south-west by Section No. 79 760 links, by the crossing of a
public road 101·5 links, by that road 62·6 links, and by
Section No. 116 60·5 links and 2060 links ; and towards the
west and north-west generally by Ihuraua River, by Section
No. 203 329 links, by a public road 667 links, by the crossing
of that road 101·5 links, and by Section No. 202 2202 links :
save and except that portion of a public road which intersects
the area : be all the aforesaid linkages more or less : as the
same are delineated on a plan marked L. and S. I/99B, de-
posited at the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey,
at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Domain.

Domain Board to control the domain :

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the
Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers con-
ferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
doth hereby appoint

GEORGE BRAY,
ANDREW NORRIS ARROWSMITH,
WILLIAM MCLENNAN,
DAVID NEAGLE, and
WILLIAM JOHN HALL McCORMICK

to be the Taihape Domain Board, having control of the
land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of
and subject to the provisions of the said Act ; and doth
hereby appoint Monday, the twentieth day of July, one
thousand nine hundred and fourteen, at half past seven
o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Town Hall, Taihape, .
as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be
held.

SCHEDULE.

TAIHAPE DOMAIN.

ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing
19 acres 1 rood 20·4 perches, more or less, being Suburban
Section No. 39, and parts of Suburban Sections Nos. 38, 40,
41, and 96, Town of Taihape, and bounded as follows :
Commencing at the north-eastern corner of Block XVII,
Town of Taihape ; towards the north, east, and south gene-
rally by a road and river-bank reserve along the bank of the
Hautapu River, by the crossing of a public road, again by
the road and river-bank reserve aforesaid, by the crossing of
