Consenting to stopping a Road in Block XII, Heretaunga Survey District, Hawke’s Bay County.

LIVERPOOL, Governor.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this twenty-third day of June, 1914.

Present:

His Excellency the Governor in Council.

WHEREAS by section one hundred and thirty-three (a) of the Public Works Act, 1908, it is enacted that a local authority shall not declare any county road or district road to be stopped until the consent thereto of the Governor by Order in Council gazetted is obtained:

And whereas the Hawke’s Bay County Council has applied for such consent in respect of the road described in the Schedule hereto:

Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the above-in-part-recited Act, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the Hawke’s Bay County Council stopping the road described in the Schedule hereto.

Declaring Bunny’s Access Road, off Wakarua Road, in the Featherston County, to be a County Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this twenty-third day of June, 1914.

His Excellency the Governor in Council.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that road in the Wellington Land District, Featherston County, known as Bunny’s Access Road, off Wakarua Road, commencing at its junction with Wakarua Road, and proceeding thence in a north-easterly direction adjoining Section 2, Block XI, Huangarua Survey District, including the bridge across the Wakarua Stream, and terminating at the northern bank of Wakarua Stream, being a distance of 8 chains, more or less; as the said road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 35763, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Part of Te Kuiti to Rangitoto I.F.S. Road, in the Waitomo County, to be a County Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this twenty-third day of June, 1914.

His Excellency the Governor in Council.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of Te Kuiti to Rangitoto I.F.S. Road, in the Auckland Land District, Waitomo County, commencing at the eastern boundary of the Borough of Te Kuiti and proceeding thence in a north-easterly direction generally, adjoining or passing through Te Kuiti 2B 8, 2B 11, 2B 3, 2B 12B, 2B 6, 2B 2, and Section 6888, Rangitoto-Tuhua No. 64, Block IV, Otanake Survey District, and terminating at the eastern boundary of the said Section 6888, Rangitoto-Tuhua No. 64, Block IV, Otanake Survey District, at a point about 5 chains from the Mangarapa Stream, being a distance of three miles, more or less; as the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 35779, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

At the Government House at Wellington, this twenty-third day of June, 1914.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of Waipaoa Block Road, in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, Wairoa County, commencing at the Erepeti Crossing near the south-eastern corner of Waipaoa No. 1 Block, Block XI, Tuahu Survey District, and proceeding thence in a north-westerly direction for a distance of 1 mile 54 chains, more or less, through the said Waipaoa No. 1 Block, Block XI, Tuahu Survey District; as the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 35665, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red and marked A B.
