Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the
said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the
portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on
and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county
road.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of Oamaru No. 1 Block Road, in the Opotiki
County, Auckland Land District, commencing near the
north-western corner of Section 441, Block III, Waioeka
Survey District, and proceeding thence in a south-easterly
direction generally adjoining or passing through Sections 441,
375A, 2, 5, 9, 3, Block III, Oamaru No. 2B, Blocks III and
VII, Sections 2 and 4, Block VII, Waioeka Survey District,
and terminating at the south-eastern boundary of the said
Section 4, Block VII, Waioeka Survey District, being a dis-
tance of five miles and a half, more or less: as the said
portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 35653, deposited in the office of the Minister
of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial
District, and thereon coloured red and marked A B.

Declaring Portion of Makoura Road, in the Akitio County, to
be a County Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this twenty-third
day of June, 1914.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by
the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in
anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the
Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the
said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the
portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on
and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county
road.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of Makoura Road, in the Akitio County,
Wellington Land District, commencing at the western bound-
ary of Section 221, Block XII, Puketoi Survey District, and
proceeding thence in a south-easterly direction generally
passing through portion of Blocks XII and IX, Puketoi
Survey District, and terminating at the second crossing of
the Makoura Stream near the boundary between Sections 218
and 219, Block IX, Puketoi Survey District, being a distance
of three miles and a quarter, more or less; as the said portion
of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
P.W.D. 35685, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public
Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District,
and thereon coloured red and marked A B.

Declaring Coalgate to Gorge Road, in the Selwyn County, to be
a County Road.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in
him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other
powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Ex-
cellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand,
acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare
that the road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on
and after the date of this Order in Council, become a
county road.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that road situated in the Selwyn County, Canterbury
Land District, and known as the Coalgate to Gorge Road,
commencing at the south-eastern corner of Reserve 1289,
Block VIII, Hororata Survey District, and proceeding thence
in a south-westerly direction generally through part of the
said Block VIII, Blocks XII and part XVI, Hororata Survey
District; thence in a north-westerly direction generally
through part of the said Block XVI and Blocks XV, XIV,
X, IX, XIII, and again through IX, Hororata Survey Dis-
trict, Block VII, Fighting Hill Survey District, adjoining
part of Block VI, through Blocks IV, II, and I, Fighting Hill
Survey District, Block XIV and part of Block X, Coleridge
Survey District, and terminating at the southernmost corner
of Rural Section 31348 of the said Block X, Coleridge Survey
District, being a distance of about thirty-three miles: as the
said road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
P.W.D. 32212, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public
Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District,
and thereon coloured red and lettered A B.

Declaring Mill Road, in the Kaitieke County, to be a County
Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this twenty-third
day of June, 1914.

Block, Kaitieke County, Auckland Land District, commencing
at its junction with the old service road, North Island Main
Trunk Railway, and proceeding thence in a south-westerly
direction generally adjoining or passing through Sections 31,
33, 33A, 34, 35, 17, and part 13, Block VI, Hunua Survey
District, and terminating at a point about 7 chains from the
south-west boundary of the said Section 17, being a distance
of 35 chains, more or less; as the said road is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 35641, deposited in the
office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the
Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

County, to be a County Road.

trict, and proceeding thence in a northerly direction generally
passing through Sections 393 and 392, Block VI, Tiffin Survey
District, and terminating at the boundary between Sections 392
and 325, Block VI, Tiffin Survey District, being a distance of
62 chains, more or less; as the said portion of road is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 35556,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon
coloured red.
