And whereas the period for which the said Board was
appointed expired on the thirtieth day of March, one thousand
nine hundred and fourteen:
And whereas it appears expedient to again appoint a
Domain Board to control the domain:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Do-
minion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred
by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth
hereby appoint
JAMES DICKINS,
JOHN HERLIHY,
ERNEST ALBERT MEACHEAM,
RICHARD CHARMLEY, and
JAMES MURRAY
to be the Victoria Domain Board, having control of the
land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and
subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby
appoint Saturday, the second day of May, one thousand
nine hundred and fourteen, at seven o'clock p.m., as the
time when, and the residence of James Dickins, at Papatawa,
as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be
held.
SCHEDULE.
VICTORIA DOMAIN.
All that area of land in the Hawke's Bay Land District, con-
taining by admeasurement 23 acres 3 roods 10 perches, more
or less, being Section No. 42, Block X, Woodville Survey
District: Bounded towards the north-east and south-east by
public road for distances of 1502.8 links and 1387.1 links;
towards the south-west by Section 32 for a distance of
1928.9 links; towards the north-west by Section 19 for a
distance of 725.5 links; and towards the north-east and
north-west by Section 43 (school-site) for distances of 655.2
links and 1030.3 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or
less; as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S.
I/414A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands
and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this seventeenth

THE HONOURABLE W. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section forty-seven of the Public Re-
serves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed
"the said Act"), it is enacted that the Governor may from
time to time, by Order in Council gazetted, appoint any
local authority to be the Domain Board having, subject to
Part II of the said Act, control of any public domain:
And whereas it appears expedient to appoint a Domain
Board to control the Rotokare (Paritutu) Domain:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Do-
minion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred
by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
doth hereby appoint
THE NEW PLYMOUTH BOROUGH COUNCIL
to be the Rotokare (Paritutu) Domain Board, having the
control of the land described in the Schedule hereto for the
purposes of and subject to the provisions of Part II of the
said Act; and doth hereby appoint Monday, the eleventh
day of May, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen,
at half past seven o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the
Borough Council Office, New Plymouth, as the place where,
the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
ROTOKARE (PARITUTU) DOMAIN.
All that area of land in the Taranaki Land District, con-
taining by admeasurement 48 acres, more or less, being Sub-
division 2 of Native Reserve No. 2, Grey District, Block VIII,
Paritutu Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east
generally by the Mangotuku Stream; towards the south-east
by Subdivision 1 of Native Reserve No. 2 aforesaid, 1520
links; towards the south-west by Native Reserve No. 5,
Omata District, 2166 links; and towards the north-west by
Barrett's Reserve C, by abutment of a closed road, and by
road reserve, Grey District (Block IV, Paritutu Survey Dis-
trict), 2629.8 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or
less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S.
I/230A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands
and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority
vested in him by the Valuation of Land Act, 1908, His
Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand,
acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint the
person mentioned in the Schedule hereto to be a member of
the Assessment Court for the special district set opposite
his name.

Part II of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this seven-
teenth day of April, 1914.

THE HONOURABLE W. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by
the twenty-sixth section of the Public Reserves and
Domains Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile,
Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New
Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Execu-
tive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and
declare that the reserve for recreation in the Auckland
Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and
the same is hereby brought under the operation of and
declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the
said Act; and such reserve shall hereafter form part of Te
Awamutu Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt
with as a public domain by the Te Awamutu Domain Board.
SCHEDULE.
All that area in the Auckland Land District, containing
1 acre 1 rood 2 perches, more or less, being Section No. 5 of
Teasdale Settlement. Bounded towards the north-east and
east generally by the Mangahoe Stream; towards the south-
east by Section No. 7, Teasdale Settlement, 323 links; to-
wards the south-west by Section No. 6 of the aforesaid
settlement, 356.5 links; and towards the north-west by
Mutu Street, 475 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more
or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L.
and S. 4029/4, deposited in the Head Office, Department of
Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
