SCHEDULE.
PUKETITIRI DOMAIN.
ALL that area of land in the Hawke's Bay Land District containing by admeasurement 11 acres 3 roods 16 perches, more or less, being Section 30, Block XIV, Pohui Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west by a public road for distances of 571 and 1665·4 links ; towards the south-east by Block 44, Patoka Crown Grant District, for a distance of 2121·3 links ; towards the south-west by Section 30A for a distance of 1160·4 links ; and towards the north-west by a public road for a distance of 249·7 links : be all the aforesaid linkages more or less : as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. I/413A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Poukiore Domain.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this seventeenth day of April, 1914.
Present :
THE HONOURABLE W. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, with respect to any public domain, appoint such persons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to be a Domain Board having, subject to Part II of the said Act, control of such domain :
And whereas by an Order in Council made on the fifteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and four, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the twenty-fourth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and four, certain powers were delegated to the Poukiore Domain Board for a period of ten years:
And whereas the period for which the said Board was appointed expired on the fourteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen :
And whereas it appears expedient to again appoint a Domain Board to control the domain :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
THOMAS UNDERWOOD LOWE POWELL,
JOHN BURN,
RICHARD HEALY,
ANDREW WILLIAM COLEMAN, and
DUNCAN WILLIAMSON
to be the Poukiore Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Monday, the eleventh day of May, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen, at half past seven o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Schoolhouse at Poukiore as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

POUKIORE DOMAIN.
ALL that area of land in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 17 acres 3 roods 8 perches, more or less, being Section 35, Block XV, Tiriraukawa Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by Watershed Road, 1990 links ; towards the south-east by Section 25, 735 links ; towards the south-west by Poukiore No. 1, 1866 links ; and towards the north-west by Section 36, 821 links : be all the aforesaid linkages more or less : as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. I/352A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

to be the Dipton Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Wednesday, the thirteenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen, at half past seven o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Town Hall, Dipton, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

DIPTON DOMAIN.
ALL that area of land in the Southland Land District, containing by admeasurement 5 acres, more or less, being Section No. 3, Block X, Town of Dipton. Bounded towards the north by Section No. 5, Block XVI, 1041-7 links ; towards the east by James Street, 480 links ; towards the south by Sections Nos. 1 and 2, Block X, 1041-7 links ; and towards the west by Section No. 8, Block XVI, 480 links : be all the aforesaid linkages more or less : as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. I/63, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
