HAMPDEN BUSH DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Hawke's Bay Land District, containing
by admeasurement 53 acres 1 rood 20 perches, more or less,
being Section No. 36 (Tikokino Agricultural), Block XIII,
Maraekakaho Survey District. Bounded towards the north-
east by a public road for a distance of 3050 links; towards the
south-east generally by Section 38, Cemetery Reserve (Tiko-
kino Agricultural), part Section 166 and Sections 166 to 172
(Township of Hampden), and Phillips Street abuttal, for
distances of 550 and 1450 links; towards the south-west by
a public road for a distance of 2800 links; and towards the
north-west by a public road for a distance of 1750 links.
Also, all that area in the Hawke's Bay Land District, con-
taining by admeasurement 52 acres 2 roods 8 perches, more or
less, being Lot 2 of Section 37 (Tikokino Agricultural), Block
XIII, Maraekakaho Survey District. Bounded towards the
north-east by a public road for a distance of 3060.6 links;
towards the south-east by sections 157 to 164 (Township of
Hampden), and Martell Street abuttal, for a total distance of
1750 links; towards the south-west by a public road for a
distance of 3058.1 links; and towards the north-east generally
by a public road and Lot 1 of Section 37 (Cemetery Reserve)
for distances of 833.3, 948.9, and 601.5 links: be all the afore-
said linkages more or less; as the same are delineated on the

At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this seventeenth
day of April, 1914.

THE HONOURABLE W. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section forty of the Public Reserves
and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed "the
said Act"), it is enacted that the Governor may from time
to time, with respect to any public domain, appoint such
persons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to be a Domain
Board having, subject to Part II of the said Act, control of
such domain:
And whereas by an Order in Council made on the nine-
teenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and seven,
and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the twenty-first
day of March, one thousand nine hundred and seven, certain
powers were delegated to the Moeraki Domain Board for a
period of seven years:
And whereas the period for which the said Board was
appointed expired on the eighteenth day of March, one
thousand nine hundred and fourteen:
And whereas it appears expedient to again appoint a
Domain Board to control the domain:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Do-
minion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred
by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth
hereby appoint

time when, and the Coronation Hall, Moeraki, as the place
where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

MOERAKI DOMAIN.
ALL that area of land in the Otago Land District, containing
by admeasurement 19 acres and 14 perches, more or less,
being Sections Nos. 4, 5, 6, 7, Block XIV, Town of Moeraki.
Bounded towards the north-west by the ocean, 1025 links;
towards the north-east and east by said ocean, 3280 links;
towards the south-east by Block XVI, Moeraki Survey
District, 280 links; towards the west by Section 7, the abut-
ment of Almwich Street, and by Section 6 and part of Sec-
tion 5, Block XIII, Town of Moeraki, 991.5 links; towards
the south-west by part of said Section 5 and the abutment of
Menai Street, 419.5 links; again towards the south-east by
said street, 773.5 links; again towards the south-west by

aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on
the plan marked L. and S. I/3A, deposited in the Head Office,
Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon
bordered red.
Also all that area of land in the Otago Land District, con-
taining by admeasurement 4 acres 3 roods 20 perches, more or
less, being Section No. 15, Block II, and Section No. 13,
Block III, Town of Moeraki. Bounded towards the north
generally by the ocean, 1360 links; towards the east by Crown
lands, 300 links; towards the south by Haven Street, 1185
links; and towards the west by Crown lands, 215 links:
be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is
delineated on the plan marked L. and S. I/3B, deposited in
the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wel-
