Declaring Portion of Lower Waitotara Valley Road, in the Waitotara County, to be a County Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this seventeenth day of April, 1914.
Present:
THE HONOURABLE W. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of road in the Wellington Land District, Waitotara County, known as the Lower Waitotara Valley Road, commencing at the boundary between Karaka CI and C No. 2D Blocks, Block XIII, Wairoa Survey District, and proceeding in an easterly direction generally, intersecting Karaka C No. 2D, C No. 2c, C No. 2B, and C No. 2A Blocks, Block XIII aforesaid; thence in a north-easterly direction generally, fronting Section 52 and intersecting Section 1 of the aforesaid Block XIII; thence intersecting Section 2 and Auroa Native Reserve, Block IX, Nukumaru Survey District, and terminating at the northern boundary of the said Auroa Native Reserve, being a distance of three miles, more or less: as the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 35235, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

Directing Sale of Land under the Public Works Act, 1908.

THE HONOURABLE W. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by the thirtieth section of the Public Works Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that if it is found that any land held, taken, purchased, or acquired at any time under this or any other Act or Provincial Ordinance, or otherwise howsoever for any public work, is not required for such public work, the Governor may, by an Order in Council publicly notified and gazetted, cause the same to be sold under the conditions set forth in the said Act:
And whereas a plan has been prepared, and the Minister has recommended the Governor to issue an Order in Council directing the sale of the land described in the Schedule hereto:
And whereas the said land is not now required for the public work for which it was taken, and it is desirable to sell the same:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance of the powers and authority conferred upon him by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby direct the sale of the said land.

ALL that road in the Rotorua County, Auckland Land District, known as Ngongotaha Valley Road, commencing at its junction with the Rotorua to Tauranga Road, and proceeding thence in a south-westerly direction generally, adjoining or passing through Okoheriki No. 1 East No. 2, Block XVI, Okoheriki, No. 1H North, Blocks XVI and XV, Crown land, Okoheriki 1D No. 6B, and Section 13, Block XV, all in Rotorua Survey District, Sections 3 and 2, Block III, Horohoro Survey District, and terminating at its junction with Clayton Road; being a distance of six miles, more or less: as the said road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 35283, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red and marked A-B.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Hampden Bush Domain.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this seventeenth day of April, 1914.

THE HONOURABLE W. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, with respect to any public domain, appoint such persons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to be a Domain Board, having, subject to Part II of the said Act, control of such domain:
And whereas by an Order in Council made on the eighth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and four, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the tenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and four, certain powers were delegated to the Hampden Bush Domain Board for a period of ten years.
And whereas the period for which the said Board was appointed expired on the seventh day of March, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen:
And whereas it appears expedient to again appoint a Domain Board to control the domain:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
