Trustees for the Tauranga (Military) Public Cemetery appointed.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the fourth section of the Cemeteries Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the local authority specified in Part I of the Schedule hereto to have the control and management of the public cemetery specified in Part II of the said Schedule.

PART II.
Name of Public Cemetery and Description of Land.
TAURANGA (MILITARY).
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing 2 acres and 27 perches, more or less, being the north portion of Lot 1, Section 1, Town of Tauranga (Block X, Tauranga Survey District). Bounded towards the north-east and east generally by the Tauranga Harbour; towards the south-west by other part of Lot 1 of Section 1, Town of Tauranga, 426 links; and towards the west and north-west by Cliff Road, 205·6 links and 460·6 links respectively: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. II/12A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (Auckland Plan 14191, blue.)

Declaring Borough of Balclutha to be included in Clutha County for the Purpose of Harbour Board Elections.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred on him by section two of the Harbours Amendment Act, 1912, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand doth hereby declare the Borough of Balclutha, which is contiguous to the County of Clutha, to be included in that county for the purpose of the said section two.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this fifteenth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen.

PURSUANT to the authority conferred upon me by the two-hundred-and-eighty-eighth section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify and declare that

being a person holding the office of Postmaster under the Post and Telegraph Act, 1908, at Patetonga, is authorized to take and receive statutory declarations under the two-hundred-and-eighty-eighth section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1908.

Arrangements for First Election, &c., Mangapapa Town District, County of Cook.

to be Returning Officer for the purpose of conducting the first election of Commissioners of the Town District of Mangapapa, in the County of Cook, as constituted by the Town Boards Act, 1908; also to appoint Wednesday, the 29th day of April, 1914, to be the date, and Miller's Auction Mart, Lowe Street, Gisborne, to be the place, at which the said first election shall be held; also to appoint Friday, the 8th day of May, 1914, at 7.30 o'clock in the afternoon, to be the time, and Wyllie's Hall, Mangapapa, to be the place, at which the first meeting of the said Commissioners shall be held.

Prohibition of Money-order and Postal Correspondence for Dr. R. S. Southington Rem. Company, Kansas City, U.S.A., and Others.
THE Postmaster-General of the Dominion of New Zealand having reasonable ground for supposing that the firms whose names and addresses are shown in the Schedule hereunder are engaged in an immoral business, it is hereby ordered, under section 28 of the Post and Telegraph Act, 1908, that no money-order in favour of any of the said firms shall be issued, and that no postal packet addressed to any of the said firms (either by its own or any fictitious or assumed name), or to the manager, secretary, or other officer thereof, shall be either registered or forwarded by the Post Office of New Zealand.
