Revocation of Appointment of Bonded Tobacco Manufactory.
IN pursuance of the powers and authority in me for this purpose vested, I, Francis Marion Bates Fisher, Minister of Customs, do, by this order under my hand, revoke and annul the appointment of the undermentioned building or premises as a manufactory in which tobacco may be manufactured prior to payment of duties thereon, namely,—
The manufactory known as
CHOCQUEEL’S TOBACCO FACTORY,
as appointed and described in Minister’s Order No. 1041 of 4th April, 1913.
This order shall take effect on and from 31st December, 1913.

Revocation of Appointment of Bonding Warehouse.
CUSTOMS.—In exercise of the authority in me for this purpose vested, I, the Minister of Customs, do, by this order under my hand, revoke and annul the appointment of the undermentioned warehouse for the reception and security of goods entered to be warehoused without payment of duty upon the first entry thereof, namely,—

as appointed and described in Minister’s Order No. 1040, of the 4th day of April, 1913.
This order shall take effect on and from 5th January, 1914.

Alterations to the Scale of Fares, Rates, and Charges in Force upon the New Zealand Government Railways.
IN pursuance of all powers and authorities enabling me under the Government Railways Act, 1908, I, William Herbert Herries, Minister of Railways, do hereby make the following alterations in the scale of fares, rates, and charges in force on the New Zealand Government railways open for traffic, such alterations to come into force on and after the 16th April, 1914.
PART III.—GOODS REGULATIONS.
PANAMA AND PACIFIC UNIVERSAL EXHIBITION, SAN FRANCISCO, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
(45.) Exhibits consigned for exhibition at the Panama and Pacific Universal Exhibition to be held at San Francisco, United States of America, commencing on 20th February, 1915, will be carried free on the New Zealand Government railways, provided that they shall be so carried at the sole risk of the consignors, and that each package shall be consigned and addressed to the Secretary, New Zealand Executive Committee, Panama-Pacific Universal Exhibition, Wellington. Exhibits from stations on the North Island main line and branches to be railed to Wellington or Auckland, South Island main line and branches to Lyttelton, and from other stations to nearest port of shipment to Wellington or Auckland. Exhibits returning will be conveyed free, provided no sale or exchange has been effected. A certificate to this effect signed by the Secretary, New Zealand Executive Committee, must be produced before the goods can be received for transit free of charge.
