PRIVATE ADVERTISEMENTS.

Patents, Designs, and Trade-marks Act, 1911.—Application for Restoration of Lapsed Patent under Section 22.

NOTICE is hereby given that Alfred Launcelot James Tait, of Crawford Street, Dunedin, New Zealand, has made application for the restoration of the patent granted to him for “A method or process of and improved apparatus for treating and dressing flax and other fibres,” numbered 18601, and bearing date the 17th October, 1904, which expired on the 17th October, 1908, owing to the non-payment of the prescribed renewal fee.

Any person may, on or before the 9th June, 1914, give notice at the Patent Office of opposition to the restoration.

Such notice must be in duplicate, in the prescribed form, set forth the particular grounds of objection, and be accompanied by a stamp for the fee of 10s.
