Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kaiti No. 336D Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Gisborne on Monday, the 27th day of April, 1914, at 11, o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That the said Kaiti 336D Block be leased to Patrick James Henry, of Gisborne, farmer, for the term of twenty-one years at the annual rental of 11s. 7d. per acre for the first term of seven years, 12s. 7d. per acre for the second term of seven years, and 13s. 7d. per acre for the third term of seven years, with the right to a renewal for a further term of twenty-one years at a rental equal to 5 per cent. of the then Government valuation.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Okahuatiu No. 2B Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Gisborne on Monday, the 27th day of April, 1914, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That the said Okahuatiu No. 2B Block be sold to Margaret Martin Monckton, of Gisborne, spinster, at the price of £5 per acre.”

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tarewauru A2 A2 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Gisborne on Monday, the 27th day of April, 1914, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That the Tarewauru A2 A2 Block be sold to Tiemi Wiri- hana, of Waingake, sheep-farmer, at £10 per acre.”

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tahora No. 2A No. 3, Section 2, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Whakatane on Saturday, the 16th day of May, 1914, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That a proposed sale of the said land to David Davies and Thomas Davies shall be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitaiki Lot 38B No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Whakatane on Saturday, the 16th day of May, 1914, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That a proposed sale of the said land to David Davies and Thomas Davies shall be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Te Puke No. 1B No. 6 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Ohinemutu on Friday, the 1st day of May, 1914, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That a proposed sale of the said land, or, in the alternative, a proposed lease of the said land, to William John Chynoweth shall be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Oamaru No. 5B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Opotiki on Friday, the 15th day of May, 1914, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land at the Government valuation shall be accepted.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Awanui Haparapara No. 4 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kaha on Wednesday, the 13th day of May, 1914, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That a proposed lease of the said land to Hugh Paterson Barron shall be agreed to.”
