NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership between
the undersigned, CARL HAROLD SCHWARTZ, HENRY
WYATT, and ALBERT EDWARD WILSON, in the trade or busi-
ness of Printers, at Christchurch, New Zealand, under the
firm of “Dale, Schwartz, and Wyatt,” was dissolved on the
twenty-eighth day of February, 1914; and in future the
business will be carried on at 93 Worcester Street, in the
City of Christchurch, by the said HENRY WYATT and ALBERT
EDWARD WILSON, under the firm of “Wyatt and Wilson,”
on their joint account, who will pay and receive all debts
owing from and to the said partnership in the regular course
of trade.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
Mr R. P. B. FITZHERBERT having decided to commence
practice in Auckland, notice is hereby given that the
Partnership heretofore carried on by Messrs. PATRICK BUCK-
LEY FITZHERBERT and EARNEST WILLIAMS McCARTER, under
the style of “Fitzherbert and McCarter,” Barristers and Solici-
tors, Dannevirke, has been dissolved by mutual consent as
from the 18th day of March, 1914.
Mr. FITZHERBERT has disposed of his interest in the late
firm (save as undermentioned) to Mr. E. W. McCARTER, who
has taken into partnership Mr. P. W. DORRINGTON, Solicitor.
All accounts due to or owing by the late partnership will
be received at the office of the new firm.
Mr. FITZHERBERT will remain in Dannevirke to complete
all work which he had in hand at date of dissolution, and
undertakes all responsibility in connection therewith.
In future the business will be carried on at the old firm’s
offices, Ward Street, Dannevirke, under the style of “Fitz-
herbert, McCarter, and Dorrington.”

existing between us, as Land Agents, under the style
or firm of “Delamore and Walters,” and carried on at No. 10
Mutual Life Buildings, Queen Street, has this day been dis-
solved by mutual consent.
The business will in future be carried on by Mr. J. WALTERS

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto
subsisting between CHARLES DUNCAN and FRED LOWE,
at Napier, as Motor-garage Proprietors, under the style of
“Duncan and Lowe,” has been dissolved by mutual consent
as at the 11th day of March, 1914. The business of the
late partnership has been taken over by the said FRED LOWE,
and all debts due to the late partnership must be paid to the
said FRED LOWE, whose receipt alone will be a sufficient
discharge for the same.
All liabilities of the late partnership will be discharged by
the said FRED LOWE. The said CHARLES DUNCAN will
continue to carry on business in Napier on his own account

NAPIER BOROUGH COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in
that behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913, and
of all other powers it in anyway hereunto enabling, the Napier
Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
That, for the purpose of providing the interest, sinking fund,
and other charges on a loan of £16,000, authorized to be
raised by the Napier Borough Council, under the above-
mentioned Act, for the following purposes, the amount appli-
cable to each purpose being set opposite the statement of
each such purpose respectively, namely—
(1.) The completion of the construction and installation of
works for electric lighting and power and electric
tramways now in progress in the Borough of Napier
or any one or more of those objects, £7,200;
(2.) The construction and installation of new works for
electric lighting and power and electric tramways
(by way of extension or addition to the last-mentioned
works, but not by way of extension of the present
tramway tracks) or any one or more of those objects,
£7,700;
(3.) The construction and equipment of public sanitary
conveniences in the Borough of Napier, £1,100:
total, £16,000.—
the said Napier Borough Council hereby makes and levies a
special rate of one penny and seven-eighths of a penny in the
pound upon the rateable value on the basis of the annual
