And whereas by an Order in Council made on the eighth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the eleventh day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, the land described in the Schedule hereto was brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act:

And whereas it appears expedient to appoint a Domain Board to control the domain:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

to be the Tutamoe Domain Board, having the control of the land described in the said Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the twenty-eighth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen, at seven o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Schoolroom, Tutamoe, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.

TUTAMOE DOMAIN.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 6 acres 3 roods 35 perches, more or less, being Section 29, Block VIII, Waipoua Survey District. Bounded towards the north by Section 28, Block VIII, Waipoua Survey District, 577·7 links; towards the north-east by a public road, 435·4, 273·6, and 354·1 links; towards the south by Sections 24 and 26 of the aforesaid block, 508·3 and 822·7 links; and towards the west by Section 19 of the aforesaid block, 745 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1607/25c, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this twenty-third day of February, 1914.

THE HONOURABLE J. ALLEN PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, with respect to any public domain, appoint such persons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to be a Domain Board having, subject to Part II of the said Act, control of such domain:

And whereas by an Order in Council made on the twentieth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the twenty-third day of October, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, the land described in the schedule hereto was brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act:

And whereas it appears expedient to appoint a Domain Board to control the domain:

Bounded towards the north-east by a public road, 334·2 links; towards the south-east by a public road, 1667, 287·7, 749·1, and 499·7 links; and towards the north-west generally by a public road, 306·7, 147, 95·8, 117, 241·4, 204·8, 460, 1041·8, 85, and 655·5 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 4003/8, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. And whereas it appears expedient to again appoint a Domain Board to control the domain:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

BLACKWATER DOMAIN.

ALL that area in the Nelson Land District, containing by admeasurement 6 acres 3 roods, more or less, being Section No. 14, Block XII, Mawheraiti Survey District. Bounded by a line commencing at a point (the said point being distant 43094·9 links north and 90164·2 links east of Initial Trig. Station, situated at the south-west corner of Mawheraiti Survey District) and proceeding in a north-westerly direction, bearing N. 26° 57′ 30″ W., a distance of 916·1 links; thence along a line in a north-easterly direction, bearing N. 70° 24′ E., a distance of 795·8 links, to the Blackwater Road; thence south-easterly along the southern side of the said road, a distance of 813·3 links, to a point bearing N. 61° 1′ E. from the commencing-point; and thence by a right line for a distance of 1027·3 links to the point of commencement;
