Appointing Commissioners to classify Pastoral Runs in Canterbury Land District.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the two-hundred-and-twenty-fifth section of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
CHARLES ROBERT POLLEN,
JAMES STEVENSON, and
THOMAS GEORGE GEE
Commissioners to classify and report to me upon the rural lands in Canterbury Land District known as Runs Nos. 222, 223, 224, and 225, Oxford County, as provided by the said section two hundred and twenty-five.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-first day of February, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen.

Land temporarily reserved for Gravel Purposes in Ohakune Village Settlement, Wellington Land District.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first section of the Land Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned :
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Wellington Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, for gravel purposes.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 5 acres, more or less, being Section 7, Ohakune Village Settlement. Bounded towards the north-east by Section 9, Ohakune Village Settlement aforesaid, 810·6 links; towards the south-east by Miro Road, 623·6 links; towards the south-west by Section 6, Ohakune Village Settlement aforesaid, 785·35 links; and towards the north-west by Mangawhero Terrace, 236 and 388·2 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1913/1684, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered pink.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this seventeenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen.

Lands temporarily reserved for Railway Purposes in Block III, New River Hundred, Southland Land District.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first section of the Land Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned :

Bounded towards the north by a road, 101·3 links; towards the east by the Invercargill-Kingston Railway Reserve, 2399·97 links; towards the south by a road, 103·7 links; and towards the west by a road, 2400 links:
Also all that area in the Southland Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 3 roods 15·94 perches, more or less, being Section 50, Block III, New River Hundred. Bounded towards the north by Section 11 and Railway Reserve, 93·8 links; towards the east by the Invercargill-Kingston Railway Reserve, 1899·98 links; towards the south by a road, 100·9 links; and towards the west by a road, 1900 links:
Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same are delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1913/1702, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this seventeenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the fourth section of the Cemeteries Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several persons whose names are specified in Part I of the Schedule hereto to have the control and management of the public cemetery specified in Part II of the said Schedule.

ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 acres 3 roods 34 perches, more or less, being Section 3, Block XIII, Ohura Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west by Section 5, Block XIII, Ohura Survey District, a distance of 448 links; towards the north-east by said Section 5, a distance of 563·2 links; towards the east by a road, 489·7 links; towards the south-west by Section 6 of said block, a distance of 759·9 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1694/5, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-first day of February, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen.

JOHN WILLIAM CHING
to be a Trustee in the place of Alfred Knapp, deceased, to provide for the maintenance and care of the Waimea South Public Cemetery, in conjunction with John McPherson, Thomas Shea, Robert Boddington, and Frank Fowler, previously appointed.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-first day of February, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen.
