THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kakepuku 5p No. 2B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Otorohanga on Saturday, the 7th day of February, 1914, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“ That the land be sold to Charles Phillips for the sum of £3 per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ohura South M No. 3A No. 2B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Taumarunui on Wednesday, the 4th day of February, 1914, at 4 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“ That the land be sold to Gustav Ludwig Winger and Frank Smith for the sum of £1 10s. per acre.”

REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ohura South G No. 3 (part Sections 4 and 5, Block I) will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Taumarunui on Wednesday, the 4th day of February, 1914, at 4 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“ That the land be leased to Phillip H. Goldsmith for a term of forty-two years at an annual rental of £5 per section during the first twenty-one years; 5 per cent. on the unimproved value during the remaining twenty-one years.”

“ That the land be leased to Charles Lovett for a term of forty-two years at an annual rental of 1s. 3d. per acre during the first twenty-one years; 2s. 6d. per acre during the next twenty-one years.”

“ That the land be leased to A. C. Funnell for a term of forty-two years at an annual rental of 3s. per acre during the first twenty-one years; 6s. per acre during the next twenty-one years.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitoto-Tuhua No. 25, Section 2B, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti on Tuesday, the 3rd day of February, 1914, at 9 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed alternative resolutions :—
“ (1.) That the land be leased to John Edward Hill for a term of forty-two years at an annual rental of 1s. 3d. per acre during the first ten years; 1s. 6d. per acre during the next eleven years; 3s. per acre during the next twenty-one years.
“ (2.) That the land be sold to John Edward Hill for the sum of £1 per acre.”

“ That Lot 1 be sold to William Middlebrook for the sum of £2 per acre.
“ That Lot 2 be sold to William Robinson for the sum of £2 per acre.”
