Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Piha No. 1A will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti on Tuesday, the 3rd day of February, 1914, at 9 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the land be sold to John William Lee for the sum of £2 per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kinohaku East 4H No. 4D will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti on Tuesday, the 3rd day of February, 1914, at 9 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the land be sold to George Covel Jackson for the sum of £3 per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Maraetaua 5D No. 3C will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti on Tuesday, the 3rd day of February, 1914, at 9 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the land be leased to Hugh Mortimer McColl and Albert Edward Wright for a term of fifty years at an annual rental of 2s. 6d. per acre during the first twenty-five years; 5s. per acre during the next twenty-five years.”

“That the land be sold to Henry Valder for the sum of £1 10s. per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Otorohanga N No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti on Tuesday, the 3rd day of February, 1914, at 9 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the land be leased to Takerei Kingi Wetere for a term of forty-two years at an annual rental of 5 per cent. of special Government valuation during first twenty-one years; 10 per cent. of special Government valuation during next twenty-one years.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitoto-Tuhua 29C No. 2C3 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Shannon on Tuesday, the 3rd day of February, 1914, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the land be sold to James Groves Speedy for the sum of £2 per acre.”
