“ That the Taoroa No. 2D No. 8 Block be sold to James Fownes Somerville, of Wells, England, at not less than the present Government capital value of the said land.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Taoroa 2D9 Block is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Tuparoa on Saturday, the 31st day of January, 1914, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“ That the Taoroa No. 2D No. 9 Block be sold to Marjorie Fownes Somerville, of Wells, England, for not less than the present Government capital value of the said land.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of each of the respective Blocks, named in the Schedule hereunder written, is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Tuparoa, respectively, on Saturday, the 31st day of January, 1914, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution, to be passed separately by the assembled owners of each of the areas affected, viz :—
“ That the owners of the land or any part thereof shall, either by themselves or in conjunction with the owners of any other land, become incorporated under Part XVII of the Native Land Act, 1909.”

REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Maungatautari 4H, Section 4B No. 2, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Morrinsville on Thursday, the 12th day of February, 1914,
at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“ That the said land be leased to Thomas Verner for a term of forty-two years at an annual rental of 1s. per acre during the first twenty-one years, and 2s. per acre during the remaining twenty-one years.”

REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Moerangi No. 1E will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Whatawhata on Friday, the 13th day of February, 1914, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions :—
“ (1.) That a portion of the said block, containing 1,200 acres, be sold to Arthur Cooper at a price to be not less than £2 per acre.
“ (2.) That a portion of the said block, containing 500 acres, be sold to Albert Cooper at a price to be not less than £2 per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato - Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitoto A No. 23 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kihikihi on Friday, the 6th day of February, 1914, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“ That the land be leased to John R. Russell for a term of forty-two years at an annual rental of 1s. per acre during the first twenty-one years; 2s. per acre during the next twenty-one years.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ouruwhero Reserve will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Otorohanga on Saturday, the 7th day of February, 1914, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed alternative resolutions :—
“ (1.) That the land be sold to Ngapawa Ngaamo for the sum of £2 per acre.
“ (2.) That the land be sold to John Raffell Russell for the sum of £2 per acre.”
