Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tutaekuri No. 1c 5 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wairoa on Wednesday, the 3rd day of December, 1913, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That a lease of the Tutaekuri No. 1c 5 Block be granted to Charles Hamlin, of Hastings, farmer, for a term of twenty-one years at a rental of not less than £5 per centum on the present Government valuation, with a right to a renewal for a further term of twenty-one years at £5 per centum on the then unimproved Government valuation, and with a right to compensation for improvements.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Whareraurakau No. 1 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wairoa on Wednesday, the 3rd day of December, 1913, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the Whareraurakau No. 1 Block be sold to Ann McFarline Mossman, wife of Henry Albert Mossman, of Hastings, agent, at a price being the Government value thereof fixed under the valuation of Land Act, 1908.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ohiwa Native Reserve will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wairoa on Wednesday, the 3rd day of December, 1913, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That a lease of the Ohiwa Native Reserve be granted to Iriheka Rangi, of Frasertown, sheep-farmer, for a term of twenty-one years at a rental of not less than £5 per centum on the present Government valuation, with a right to a renewal for a further term of twenty-one years at £5 per centum on the then Government unimproved valuation, with right to compensation for improvements.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tarapatiki Native Reserve will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wairoa on Wednesday, the 3rd day of December, 1913, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the Tarapatiki Native Reserve shall be leased to Paora Tamihana, of Wairoa, farmer, for the term of twenty-one years at a rental equal to £5 per centum on the present unimproved Government valuation of the land, with a right to a renewal for a further term of twenty-one years at a rental equal to £5 per centum on the then unimproved value of the land, or with the right to compensation for improvements.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Hereheretau B 9 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wairoa on Wednesday, the 3rd day of December, 1913, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the Hereheretau B 9 Block will be sold to Harry Skilton at a price to be agreed upon between the vendors and the purchaser at the said meeting.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Hereheretau B 9 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wairoa on Wednesday, the 3rd day of December, 1913, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the Hereheretau B 9 Block be sold to Winifred Ellen Taylor, of Nuhaka, married woman, at the present Government valuation.”

“That the Hereheretau B 10 Block be sold to Lucy Whitehead, nee Powdrell, of Patea, married woman, at the present Government valuation.”
