Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION NO. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rakaiketeroa B Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Gisborne on Friday, the 28th day of November, 1913, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the Rakaiketeroa B Block be leased to Edna Gardner Manuel, of Te Karaka, wife of David Moses Manuel, for a period of twenty-one years at a rent of £5 per centum per annum on the Government valuation, with a right to renewal for a further term of twenty-one years at an annual rental of £5 per centum on the then Government valuation, less the value of all improvements effected by the lessee.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION NO. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kaiti No. 60 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Gisborne on Friday, the 28th day of November, 1913, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the Kaiti No. 60 Block be sold to Robert Harper at the present Government valuation.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION NO. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Toreohaua No. 19 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Gisborne on Friday, the 28th day of November, 1913, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That a lease of the Toreohaua No. 19 Block be granted to Harawira te Ua, of Gisborne, aboriginal Native, for a term of twenty-one years at a rental equivalent to £5 per centum of the present Government valuation, with a right of renewal for a further term of twenty-one years at a rent of £5 per centum on the then Government unimproved valuation, or to compensation for all improvements effected by the lessee failing such renewal.”

REGULATION NO. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Pipiwhakao No. 1B 2 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Gisborne on Friday, the 28th day of November, 1913, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the Pipiwhakao No. 1B 2 Block be sold to William Clark, of Te Arai, sheep-farmer, at a price not less than the present Government official valuation of the said land.”

REGULATION NO. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners Pipiwhakao No. 1E 3 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Gisborne on Friday, the 28th day of November, 1913, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the Pipiwhakao No. 1E 3 Block be sold to William Clark, of Gisborne, at a price not less than the present Government capital value of the said land.”
