Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Nuhaka No. 2F 2 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wairoa on Wednesday, the 3rd day of December, 1913, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That a lease of the Nuhaka No. 2F 2 Block be granted to Ihaka Whaanga, of Nuhaka, for the term of twenty-one years at a rental of five per centum on the present capital value of the land, with the right to a renewal for a further term of twenty-one years at a rental of five per centum on the then unimproved value of the land, or with the right to compensation for improvements.”

REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Moutere No. 2 Subdivision No. 3 Block, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Nuhaka on Monday, the 8th day of December, 1913, at 2.30 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the Moutere No. 2 Subdivision 3 Block, or part thereof, be sold to George Edward Ormond, of Mahia, sheep-farmer, for not less than the Government valuation of the same.”

“ That the Board lease the land or any part thereof, under the provisions of Part XVI, to such person or persons as the owners may select.”
