And whereas the period for which the said Board was appointed expired on the seventh day of October, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen:
And whereas it appears expedient to again appoint a Domain Board to control the domain:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
RICHARD FRANCIS BOLLARD,
THOMAS TRISTRAM ALFRED ARTHUR WHITE,
ARTHUR HENRY WARING,
GERALD WILLIAM MILLER, and
WILLIAM ANTHONY LOVELL
to be the Taupiri Mountain Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the sixth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and Mr. A. H. Waring’s office, Taupiri, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.
TAUPIRI MOUNTAIN DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 162 acres 2 roods, more or less, being Allotment No. 481, Taupiri Parish. Bounded towards the north-west by Allotment No. 463, Taupiri Parish, 1654·3 links; towards the south-east by Allotments Nos. 454 and 453 of the aforesaid parish, 2943·6 links; towards the north-east by Allotment No. 453 aforesaid, 2475·7 links; again towards the south-east by a public road along the Mangawara Stream, 311, 401·3, 643·3, 330, 325·8, 297·9, 311, and 427·2 links; towards the south-west and south-east by Allotment No. 457 of the aforesaid parish, 862·7 and 1505 links respectively; again towards the south-east by Allotment No. 456 of the aforesaid parish, 606 and 2385 links; again towards the north-west by Allotment No. 445 of the aforesaid parish and the abutment of a public road, 4428·6 links; and towards the west generally by a public road, 141·7, 238, 221, 356·8, 239, 172·4, 187·7, and 282·5 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1270/24A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. At the Government House, at Wellington, this tenth day of November, 1913.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, with respect to any public domain, appoint such persons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to be a Domain Board having, subject to Part II of the said Act, control of such domain:
And whereas by an Order in Council made on the second day of October, one thousand nine hundred and six, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the fourth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and six, certain powers were delegated to the Wharere Domain Board for a period of seven years:
And whereas the period for which the said Board was appointed expired on the first day of October, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen:
And whereas it appears expedient to again appoint a Domain Board to control the domain:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

to be the Wharere Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Monday, the eighth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Schoolhouse, Pongakawa, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 51 acres 2 roods, more or less, being Section No. 7, Block II, Waihi South Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west by a public road 200 links wide, 1256·3 links; towards the east and north by Section No. 7A, Block II, Waihi South Survey District, 854 and 388 links respectively; towards the north-east and north-west by a reserve for road, 200 and 400 links respectively; again towards the north-east by a public road 200 links wide, 927·9 links; towards the south-east by Section No. 9 of Block II aforesaid, 1601·4 links; towards the south by Section No. 8 of Block II aforesaid, 2484·8 links; and towards the west by a public road 100 links wide, 2266·9 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1476/9A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
