H. Waring’s office, Taupiri, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

TAUPIRI MOUNTAIN DOMAIN.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 162 acres 2 roods, more or less, being Allotment No. 481, Taupiri Parish. Bounded towards the north-west by Allotment No. 463, Taupiri Parish, 1654·3 links; towards the south-east by Allotments Nos. 454 and 453 of the aforesaid parish, 2943·6 links; towards the north-east by Allotment No. 453 aforesaid, 2475·7 links; again towards the south-east by a public road along the Mangawara Stream, 311, 401·3, 643·3, 330, 325·8, 297·9, 311, and 427·2 links; towards the south-west and south-east by Allotment No. 457 of the aforesaid parish, 862·7 and 1505 links respectively; again towards the south-east by Allotment No. 456 of the aforesaid parish, 606 and 2385 links; again towards the north-west by Allotment No. 445 of the aforesaid parish and the abutment of a public road, 4428·6 links; and towards the west generally by a public road, 141·7, 238, 221, 356·8, 239, 172·4, 187·7, and 282·5 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1270/24A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, with respect to any public domain, appoint such persons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to be a Domain Board having, subject to Part II of the said Act, control of such domain:

And whereas by an Order in Council made on the second day of October, one thousand nine hundred and six, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the fourth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and six, certain powers were delegated to the Wharere Domain Board for a period of seven years:

And whereas the period for which the said Board was appointed expired on the first day of October, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen:

And whereas it appears expedient to again appoint a Domain Board to control the domain:
